遠心分離して水分量 80%まで濃縮し、液が弱酸性を呈す
るまで酢酸水溶液を添加し、次いでサイクロデキストリ
ンとキトサンをそれぞれ 2.5% 及び 0.5% となるように
添加して攪拌した。得られた溶液を真空乾燥して粉末化
した。この乾燥粉末に、硬化ヒマシ油とセラックをエタ
ノールにそれぞれ 0.1% 及び 0.5% 溶解させた溶液を噴
霧して被覆処理を施した。得られた単細胞石灰藻体吸着
物 405g に、乳糖 130g と、還元麦芽水飴 360gと、ビ
タミン C を豊富に含有するアセロラエキスパウダー 20
