Generally, in a partition wall that is required to have heat resistance, it is said that the portion having poor heat resistance is a connecting portion between the partition walls, that is, a stud. This is because the heat-resistant plate is discontinuous at the connection portion, and the thickness of the wall used for heat resistance is reduced due to the connection structure. Therefore, heat input from the stud portion must be sufficiently prevented. Further, since the stud is also a strength member of the connecting portion of the wall panels 3,3, sufficient strength and rigidity are required, and the reinforcing metal fittings 9,17 are required as described above.

Here, looking at the structure of the conventional stud shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the reinforcing metal fittings 9 and 17, both of which are made of metal, are formed on the front and back sides of the stud main material 8 and the stud cover 12 which are fireproof materials. The surface plate 6 and the joint plate 14 which are provided and have high heat are in direct contact (metal touch). For this reason, the reinforcing metal member 9 attracts heat to the inside of the wall panel 3 and serves as a heat source inside the wall panel 3, which causes an undesirable state in terms of heat shielding.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In the present invention, a pair of force bones, each of which is composed of a concave portion and side edges formed parallel to the concave bottom surface at both ends of the concave portion, are arranged so that the concave bottom surface is in close proximity, It is characterized in that the stud main members are respectively fitted and the stud covers are provided so as to extend over the side edge portions so that a space is formed in the central portion.

[Operation] The stud main material, which is a fire resistant material, faces the gap between the wall panels,
No metal contact between wall panel and stud. Moreover, since a space is formed inside the stud, the space serves as a heat insulating layer.
Therefore, heat input into the wall panel due to heat transfer is very effectively blocked.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a flat stud main material having a width sufficiently wider than the seam spacing of the wall panel 3, and the stud main material 20 is fitted and fixed in a recess formed toward the wall thickness center side of the force bone 21.
Further, a side edge portion 22 is formed at the end of the force bone 21 so as to be bent in parallel with the bottom surface of the recess. The stud main material 20 is provided so as to close the seams on the front and back of the wall panel 3, and
A stud cover 23 is provided so as to extend over the side edge portion 22, and the stud main members 20 and 20 and the stud covers 23 and 23 form a cross section having a space in the center. Thus, bicep 21
Forms a boundary between the stud main members 20 and 20 and the stud covers 23 and 23.

Thus, according to the present embodiment, the force bone 21 made of metal is attached to the back surface of the stud main material 20 (the surface on the center side of the wall panel), and the gap between the wall panels 3 faces the refractory material. It is the stud main material 20 itself. Further, the surface plate 6 and the joint plate 14 are also in contact with the stud main member 20, there is no metal contact between the stud 4 and the wall panel 3, and there is no heat conduction due to contact between metals. Thus, the heat input from the gap of the wall panel 3 is completely shielded by the stud 4. In addition, heat conduction through the stud main material 20 and the force bone 21 is blocked in the central space, and further diffused by the stud main material 20 at the opposite position and the stud covers 23, 23 on the side. To be prevented. Further, since the strength bone 21 has a structure directly fixed to the stud main material 20 and the stud cover 23, the stud main material 20 and the stud cover 23
Reinforce together. In addition, the strength bone 21 is a fragile stud main material
Since it covers the corners of the stud cover 23 and the stud cover 23, handling is easy.
