Drilling such flat holes 16 and 17 can be accomplished by boring several times with a drill and connecting the holes, but it was difficult to form an accurate shape by such a method. . Also, the plugs 18 and 19 for sealing the open end portions 16a and 17a must be formed flat as shown by the hatched view in FIG. 2 (d), which is also formed in an accurate shape. Was difficult.

For this reason, it is necessary to perform brazing with a material that is particularly simple and difficult to weld in a high vacuum, but conventionally, the holes 16 and 17 and the plugs 18 and 19 are brazed. For this reason, it is difficult to perform face-to-face contact with high accuracy, and even if brazing is performed, there is a possibility that a gap may occur and the cooling water may leak out.

According to the present invention, a cooling flow path is provided between a cooling unit formed in a device or a structure and a supply / discharge port for a cooling fluid, and one end is connected to the cooling unit and the other end is connected to a supply / discharge port. In the portion that passes through the thin portion of the structure or the structure, the tip is communicated with either the cooling unit or the supply / discharge port by boring from the outside of the end of the thin portion of the device or the structure, and the side portion is the cooling unit. Alternatively, by forming a plurality of round holes communicating with either of the supply and discharge ports, a flow passage cross-sectional area is ensured, and a circular plug is fitted into the opening outside the end of these round holes to seal. The cooling channel is configured to connect the cooling unit and the supply / discharge port.

FIG. 3 shows a schematic structure of a high frequency acceleration cavity of a synchrotron. The high-frequency acceleration cavity 30 is provided in the middle of a vacuum container (storage ring) 32 around which an electron beam orbits. The high-frequency acceleration cavity body 34 is composed of a cylindrical container whose center axis is the orbital position of the electron beam.
In the high-frequency acceleration cavity body 34, cylindrical acceleration electrodes 36 and 38 are arranged so as to face each other. A coaxial waveguide 40 is inserted and fixed to the side surface of the high-frequency acceleration cavity body 34. The coaxial waveguide 40 includes an inner cylinder 42 and an outer cylinder 44 coaxially, and the tips of the inner cylinder 42 and the outer cylinder 44 are electrically connected by an antenna 46 and face the inside of the high-frequency acceleration cavity body 34. The space between the inner cylinder 42 and the outer cylinder 44 is under atmospheric pressure, and for vacuum sealing with the vacuum container 32,
A vacuum sealing member 48 such as ceramic is joined between the inner cylinder 42 and the outer cylinder 44.

According to the above configuration, the microwave is the inner tube of the coaxial waveguide 40.
When propagating between 42 and the outer cylinder 44, the magnetic field 50 is generated around the antenna 46 by being radiated from the antenna 46 at the tip thereof. Then, by resonating with this magnetic field 50, a magnetic field 52 is generated in the high frequency acceleration cavity 30, and an electric field 54 is generated between the acceleration electrodes 36 and 38 by this magnetic field 52 to accelerate the electron beam in the vacuum container 32.

The tip of the coaxial waveguide 40 needs to be cooled with water because heat is generated by the high frequency current. Therefore, a cooling channel (hereinafter referred to as a cooling water channel) is formed in the outer cylinder 44 to cool it by supplying water from the outside. However, since the outer cylinder 44 is thin, the present invention is applied here. To form a cooling flow path.

The vacuum sealing member 48 blocks the space 92 (atmospheric pressure) between the inner and outer cylinders from the inside of the high-frequency acceleration cavity body 30 (vacuum), and is made of a ring-shaped ceramics 96. However, if the ceramics 96 is directly brazed to the inner tubular member 58 and the outer tubular member 70 made of oxygen-free copper, the ceramics 96 may crack due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient. Rings 98,1 made of Kovar (an alloy of iron and cobalt) whose thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of ceramics on the outer circumference
Brazing 00, this ring-shaped Kovar 98,100
The lower end portion of the is brazed to the inner tubular member 58 and the outer tubular member 70. Therefore, brazing pools 102, 104 are formed on the inner cylinder member 58 and the outer cylinder member 70, and ring-shaped Kovar 98, 10 are formed on the brazing pools 102, 104.
The lower end of 0 is inserted and brazed. In this way, the space 92 between the inner and outer cylinders is sealed by the vacuum sealing member 48, and air is prevented from leaking into the high-frequency heating cavity body 30.

1. A cooling flow path, which is provided between a cooling section formed in a device or a structure and a cooling fluid supply / discharge port, has one end communicating with the cooling unit and the other end communicating with the supply / discharge port. In the portion that passes through the thin portion of the equipment or structure, the tip is communicated with either the cooling unit or the supply / discharge port by boring from the outside of the end of the thin portion of the equipment or structure and the side portion is cooled. A plurality of round holes communicating with the other part of the hole or the supply / discharge port to secure the cross-sectional area of the flow path, and a circular plug is fitted into the opening outside the end of these round holes to seal. The cooling flow path structure in the thin portion is characterized in that the cooling flow path that connects the cooling unit and the supply / discharge port is formed.
