Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a high shock absorptive floor material, which does not injuring walking feeling, in which indentations more than necessary by static load of such as furniture are not generated, and which has excellent stability, by successively laminating a surface layer, a closed cell body layer, a reinforcing layer, and an open cell body layer in the order. CONSTITUTION:A flexible PVC closed cell body layer having thickness of 1-10mm and foam expansion ratio of 2-6 times, a reinforcing layer and an open cell body layer having thickness of 1-10mm and the foam expansion ratio of 1.5-3 times are laminated successively while using a flexible PVC transparent layer as a surface layer, thus manufacturing a floor material. Accordingly, walking feeling is kept excellently by the indentation recoverability of the open cell body layer, a shock at the time of tumbling is absorbed by the jointly using of both layers, and indentation resistance can further be improved.

2. Description of the Related Art Although it has been conventionally practiced to use a closed cell or an open cell as a component of a flooring material, even those flooring materials which are actually on the market have a G value (maximum value). There is no acceleration of 100 or less. In order to make the G value 100 or less, it is necessary to make the foam layer thick. However, this causes various problems such as bad walking feeling, large recesses due to static load, and unstable furniture.

The thickness of the closed cell layer is 1 to 10 mm, and the expansion ratio is 2 to 6 times, preferably 3 to 6 times. If the value is out of these ranges, the impact resistance when the value deviates to the lower side. If the quality becomes too low and deviates to a higher level, the walking feeling is deteriorated and the stability of furniture and the like is deteriorated.

The present invention makes use of the extremely excellent impact absorbing property of the closed cell layer, and compensates for the poor dent recovery property by the excellent dent recovery property of the continuous cell layer, so that a single foam layer can be used. It is possible to form a well-balanced, high-impact-absorption flooring material that cannot be obtained.

[Effect] The present invention effectively utilizes the advantages of the open-cell body layer having excellent dent recovery and the closed-cell body layer having excellent impact absorption, so that the feeling of walking depends on the dent recovery of the open-cell body layer. It was possible to keep it in good condition and to provide a sufficient impact absorbing force to the impact due to the fall or the like by using both layers together. Further, when the reinforcing layer was provided in the middle, the dent resistance could be further increased.
