Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.孔を定める硬質生体適合性フレームを含んで成る背骨固定のための外科イン プラントであって、そのフレームが、第一及び第二フレーム部分により定められ る平面から離れて互いに同じ方向において延びる第三及び第四フレーム部分によ り接続された第一及び第二の実質的平行フレーム部分から成り、そしてその第三 及び第四フレーム部分の少なくとも1が、使用において背骨について密に合うこ とができる比較的小さな幅のテーパー部分を定めるように曲げられている、よう なインプラント。 2.実質的に弾丸形状のフレーム孔を定めるように、第三フレーム部分が曲がっ ており、そして第四フレーム部分が、前記平行フレーム部分に実質的に垂直であ る、請求項1に記載の外科インプラント。 3.孔を定める硬質生体適合性フレームを含んで成る背骨固定のための外科イン プラントであって、そのフレームが、第三及び第四フレーム部分により接続され た第一及び第二の実質的平行フレーム部分から成り、その第三及び第四フレーム 部分が、その第一及び第二フレーム部分により定められた平面から離れて互いに 同じ方向において延びており、そのフレームが、そのフレーム上の少なくとも1 点においてワイヤーを受容するための且つそのフレームに対して固定されたワイ ヤーを受容するためのワイヤー受容手段をもち、そのワイヤー受容手段が、その フレーム部分の中の1の中に形成された陥凹であるようなインプラント。 4.フレームが、そのスレーム孔内へ開口した少なくとも1の陥凹をもつ、請求 項3に記載の外科インプラント。 5.フレームが、そのフレーム孔から遠くのフレームの端から延びた少なくとも 1の陥凹をもつ、請求項3又は4に記載の外科インプラント。 6.フレーム部分かそれぞれ実質的に長方形の断面をもつ、先の請求項のいずれ かに記載の外科インプラント。 7.孔を定める硬質生体適合性フレームを含んで成る背骨固定のための外科イン プラントであって、そのフレームが、第一及び第二フレーム部分により定められ た平面から離れて互いに同じ方向において延びている第三及び第四フレーム部分 により接続された第一及び第二の実質的平行フレーム部分から成り、そのフレー ム部分が、実質的に長方形の断面をもつようなインプラント。 8.フレーム部分の端が、面取りされている、請求項6又は7に記載の外科イン プラント。 9.第三フレーム部分が、実質的に弾丸形状のフレーム孔を定めるように曲げら れている、請求項3〜8に記載の外科インプラント。 10.第四フレーム部分が、浅い曲線を形成し、その第四フレーム部分の中央セ クションが、そのフレーム孔内に延びている、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の外 科インプラント。 11.第一及び第二フレーム部分が、背骨の一部の曲がりに適合するように、曲 げられている、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の外科インプラント。 12.第一及び第二フレーム部分が、実質的に真っ直ぐである、先の請求項のい ずれかに記載の外科インプラント。 13.フレームが、チタニウム合金から作られている、先の請求項のいずれかに 記載の外科インプラント。
