Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体食品を閉込めるためのパッケージにして、液体食品のための封入容器 を形成する形状とされた可撓性に富むラミネート材を有し、該ラミネート材は、 xが1.5から2.2の範囲内にあるとしてSiOxからなる第1の層と、前記 第1の層が接合される可撓性に富んだ熱可塑性プラスチック材からなる第2の層 とを備え、前記第2の層はその隣接部分間に1つのシール部を備えたシーム部を 有してシールされた封入容器を形成しているパッケージ。 2.請求項1に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記ラミネート材はこれを折り曲 げてシールされた封入容器を形成するための折り目線を有していることを特徴と するパッケージ。 3.請求項1に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記第1の層は真空中で気化され た有機シリコン化合物と酸素の混合物から形成されていることを特徴とするパッ ケージ。 4.請求項3に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記有機シリコン化合物がヘキサ メチル・ダイシロキサンであることを特徴とするパッケージ。 5.請求項4に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記第1の層がPECVD法(プ ラズマ励起化学蒸着法)によって形成されていることを特徴とするパッケージ。 6.請求項1に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記第2の層がポリエチレンであ ることを特徴とするパッケージ。 7.請求項1に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記シール部が熱シール部である ことを特徴とするパッケージ。 8.請求項1に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記第1の層が前記パッケージの 内側において露出していることを特徴とするパッケージ。 9.請求項1に記載のパッケージにおいて、前記ラミネート材は熱可塑性材料 からなる第3の層を含んでおり、前記第1の層は前記第2および第3の層の間に あることを特徴とするパッケージ。 10.予め形成されたパッケージブランクであって、xが1.5から2.2の 間の範囲にあるSiOxらなる第1の層と該第1の層が接合された可撓性に富む 熱可塑性材料よりなる第2の層とを有する可撓性ラミネート材を包含し、該ラミ ネート材はその折り曲げを容易にするための折り目線を有しており、前記第1の 層は前記折り目線によって変形されており、そして前記ラミネート材は、更に折 り曲げられていたみ易い食品製品のためのシールされた容器を形成するとき前記 ラミネート材をシールする手段を包含する予め形成されたパッケージブランク。 11.請求項10に記載の予め形成されたパッケージブランクにおいて、シー リングのための前記手段は熱可塑性熱シールを含んでいることを特徴とする予め 形成されたパッケージブランク。 12.請求項10に記載の予め形成されたパッケージブランクにおいて、前記 第1の層は成形された時のパッケージの内側表面を形成するブランクの側上にあ ることを特徴とする予め形成されたパッケージブランク。 13.請求項10に記載の予め形成されたパッケージブランクにおいて、前記 ラミネート材は熱可塑性材料からなる第3の層を含んでおり、前記第1の層は前 記第2および第3の層間にあることを特徴とする予め形成されたパッケージブラ ンク。 14.請求項10に記載され、前記第1の層がPECVD法により形成されて いることを特徴とする予め形成されたパッケージブランク。
