Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.十分な量の焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子、及び電解質を生成するための 塩とから成る酸素吸収性組成物。 2.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子が重量で約99.6%まで存在することを 特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 3.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子が重量で少なくとも約96.5%存在する ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 4.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子の粒径が約100〜325メッシュである ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 5.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子が重量で約99.6%まで存在することを 特徴とする請求項4記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 6.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子が、粒径が約100〜200メッシュを有 する混合物であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 7.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子の粒径が約100メッシュであることを特 徴とする請求項4記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 8.水親和性及び水供給性成分を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の酸素 吸収性組成物。 9.水親和性及び水供給性成分が重量で約80%まで存在することを特徴とする 請求項8記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 10.水親和性及び水供給性成分が重量で約40〜50%存在することを特徴と する請求項9記載の酸素吸収性組成物。 11.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄粒子が重量で約99.6%まで存在し、水親 和性及び水供給性成分が約80%まで存在することを特徴とする請求項8記載の 酸素吸収性組成物。 12.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄が重量で約99.6%まで存在し、水親和性 及び水供給性成分が重量で約40〜50%存在することを特徴とする請求項8記 載の酸素吸収性組成物。 13.約10℃以下の温度を受ける容器中の製品から酸素を吸収する方法におい て、製品を10℃以下の温度を受ける容器中に置き、焼きなましされた電解還元 鉄粒子と塩を含む酸素透過性包みを容器に加え、容器を密封する各段階から成る 酸素吸収方法。 14.焼きなましされた電解還元鉄が約99.6%まで存在することを特徴とす る請求項13記載の方法。 15.水親和性及び水供給性成分を包みに加える段階を含むことを特徴とする請 求項14記載の方法。 16.水親和性及び水供給性成分が重量で約80%まで存在することを特徴とす る請求項15記載の方法。 17.水親和性及び水供給性成分が重量で約40〜50%存在することを特徴と する請求項16記載の方法。 18.酸素吸収性組成物から成る酸素吸収用パックにおいて、包みが酸素吸収性 組成物を含み、包みは材料接触層、耐水耐油脂性紙、材料接触層と耐水耐油脂性 紙の間の第一シール層、及び材料接触層の反対側の第二シール層から成る積層体 であるパック。 19.材料接触層がポリエステルであり、第一シール層が低密度ポリエチレンで あり、第二シール層がエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体であることを特徴とする請 求項18記載の酸素吸収用パック。 20.エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体の第一シール層、耐水耐油脂性紙層、ポリ エステルの材料接触層、及び上記ポリエステル層と耐水耐油脂層紙層を結合させ るための低密度ポリエチレンの第二シール層よりなる、包みを製造するための積 層体。
