Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.養殖タンク(1)において水から沈澱粒子を除去するための装置(7)であって、 前記装置(7)が、底部(6)、スロット(15)を形成するための手段(19)、及び環状チ ャンバー(8)を有しており、前記底部(6)には、流出管(22)に連結された円筒形状 の流出口(3)が、前記養殖タンク(1)の縦対称軸上に位置しており、前記スロット (15)を形成するための手段(19)が、前記環状チャンバー(8)の上端近傍に位置し ており、前記環状チャンバー(8)が、前記流出口(3)の周囲に位置していて、しか も、チャンバー底部(10)、チャンバー壁(18)及び前記手段(19)によって限定され ており、前記チャンバー(8)が、粒子を多く含む水のための流出管(12)を有して いるものにおいて、前記流出口(3)に、粒子を多く含まない水のためのオリフィ ス(9)が設けられており、前記オリフィス(9)が、前記チャンバー(8)の上部の範 囲内に位置していることを特徴とする装置。 2.前記手段(19)がプレート(19)であり、前記プレート(19)が、少なくとも一部 においてチャンバー壁(18)の上端と重なっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の装置。 3.傾斜し、低くなった底部分が、粒子を多く含む水のための前記流出管(12)に より前記チャンバー(8)内に位置していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜 第2項に記載の装置。 4.前記流出口(3)が、スクリーン(20)によって覆われており、しかも前記手段( 19)が前記流出口スクリーン(20)を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 5.前記流出口(3)が、前記タンク(1)の塔状の流出口(21)と連結していることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 6.前記タンク(1)の塔状の流出口(21)が、主に表面から流体を流し出すように 構成されており、内部液位調節を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項 に記載の装置。 7.前記タンク(1)が外部液位調節を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.平らな底を有した養殖タンクにおいて使用するために、前記流出口(3)が、 前記タンク(1)を通って流出水を上へ誘導するものにおいて、前記装置(7)が前記 タンクの底部(6)から傾斜した部分(24)を有し、前記傾斜部分が、前記環状チャ ンバー(8)に対して内側に末広がりになっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項又は第2項に記載の装置。 9.水生生物の養殖のため、餌、水供給などのゾーン制御のために、タンク(1) における各ゾーンを別々に監視する用途に適していることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項〜第4項に記載の装置。 10.前記流出管(22)において、死んだ魚などの堆積が容易となるように、ハッチ (26)が前記粒子トラップと結合されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜 第5項に記載の装置。
