Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】1. 400MPa以上の圧縮抵抗値と1,000J/m2以上の破壊エネルギ ーとを有するコンクリートを製造するに際して、重量部(p)で表す下記の割合 で下記の成分: a)100pのポルトランドセメント; b)30pないし100p、好ましくは40pないし70pの、少なくとも1 50μmの粒径を有する紬砂; c)10pないし40p、好ましくは20pないし30pの、0.5μm未満 の粒径を有する不定形シリカ; d)20pないし60p、好ましくは30pないし50pの、10μm未満の 粒径を有する粉砕石英; e)25pないし100pN好ましくは45pないし80pの、スチールウー ル; f)流動化剤; g)任意的な他の添加剤; h)13pないし26p、好ましくは15pないし22pの水;を含む組成物 を混合する過程と、固化後のコンクリートを、ほとんど全ての遊離水と吸着水お よび化学的結合水の少なくとも大部分を除去するために、少なくとも250℃の 温度において、セメント水和生成物がゾノトライト(xonotlite)型の結晶性水 和物に転化するに十分な時間をかけて硬化する過程とからなる方法。2. 細砂が最大でも800μmの粒径を有するものである請求項1に記載の方 法。3. 細砂が150−400μmの範囲内の粒径を有するものである請求項2に 記載の方法。4. スチールウールが1mmないし5mm(粉砕機の切断格子の寸法)に粉砕 された鋼鉄削り屑である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。5. ステンレス鋼ウールを用いる請求項1および4のいずれかに記載の方法。6. 上記組成物が重量で少なくとも0.6p、好ましくは少なくとも1.4p のスーパー可塑剤を含むものである請求項5に記載の方法。7. 砂組成物が更に4mm−20mmの範囲、好ましくは10mm−14mm の範囲内の長さと、約500μmより小さく、好ましくは100−200μmの 範囲内の直径を有する円筒状でかつ平滑な金属繊維からなり、この繊維の容量が 固化後のコンクリートの容量の1ないし4%、好ましくは2ないし3%である請 求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。8. 前記組成物が実質的に重量でポルトランドセメントの100p当り:50 pの砂、23pのシリカ、39pの石英、2pのスーパー可塑剤、63pのスチ ールウール、および18pの水を含むものである請求項1ないし7のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。9. コンクリートを、大気圧および大気湿度において250℃以上または好ま しくは400℃以上の温度で硬化する請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。10. 生コンクリートに、固化中に、5MPa以上、または好ましくは50M Pa以上の圧力を施す請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。11. 前記請求項1ないし8のいずれかl項に記載のコンクリートを製造する ための組成物。12. 前記請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された コンクリート部材。
