Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特に液圧で作動可能な逆止弁である第1弁閉鎖部材と、アーマチュアと磁 気コイルとで電磁的に制御可能であるのが好ましく弁装置を収容する弁ハウジン グの弁収容孔内に配置された他の弁閉鎖部材とを備え、これらの双方の弁閉鎖部 材が弁ハウジング内で互いに独立して作用する、特にスリップ制御付き自動車の ブレーキシステム用電磁弁装置である弁装置であって、弁ハウジング(1)内に 配置される前記他の弁閉鎖部材(3)の弁収容孔(2)は、第1弁閉鎖部材(4 )を有することを特徴とする弁装置。 2. 第1および第2弁収容ボディ(5,6)が、弁収容孔(2)内で互いに重 なり、通路幅の異なる圧力媒体通路(7,8)により、弁収容ボディ(5,6) 内に段付き孔が形成され、この孔は第1弁閉鎖部材(4)を収容することを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。 3. 第1弁閉鎖部材(4)は、他の弁閉鎖部材(3)の弁収容ボディ(6)内 に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。 4. 他の弁閉鎖部材(3)の弁収容孔(1)は、弁収容ボディ(6)を保持す る内孔段部(9,9′)を設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれ か1に記載の弁装置。 5. 弁ハウジング(1)内の内孔段部(10)は、第1弁閉鎖部材(4)の段 付き孔(10)と部分的に重なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁装置。 6. 内孔段部(9′)は、コーキングによるのが好ましい摩擦係合状態で弁収 容ボディ(6)を収容することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1に記載 の弁装置。 7. 弁収容ボディ(1)内の段付き孔(10)と圧力媒体通路(11)とは、 弁閉鎖部材(3,4)が当接可能な円錐状の弁座面を形成されることを特徴とす る請求項1から6のいずれか1に記載の弁装置。 8. 他の弁閉鎖部材(3)側の圧力媒体通路(11)は、弁プレートとして形 成されるのが好ましい他の弁収容ボディ(6)の回転軸上に配置され、第1弁閉 鎖部材(4)の段付き孔(10)は、他の弁閉鎖部材(3)の弁収容ボディ(6 )内に返信して圧力媒体通路(11)にほぼ共通面に配置されることを特徴とす る請求項1から7のいずれか1に記載の弁装置。 9. 第1弁閉鎖部材(4)は、液圧で作動可能なボールタイプの逆止弁として 形成され、構造および作用的に並列に結合される他の弁閉鎖部材(3)は、電磁 的に作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1に記載の弁装 置。 10. 第1弁閉鎖部材(4)は、特にスリップ制御されたホイールブレーキで ある圧力媒体使用装置(12)と、圧力媒体源(13)として作用するのが好ま しい制動圧発生装置との間の圧力媒体使用装置(12)方向への液圧の連通を遮 断することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の弁装置。 11. 特に液圧で作動可能な逆止弁である第1弁閉鎖部材 と、アーマチュアと磁気コイルとで電磁的に制御可能であるのが好ましく弁装置 を収容する弁ハウジングの弁収容孔内に配置された他の弁閉鎖部材とを備え、こ れらの双方の弁閉鎖部材が弁ハウジング内で互いに独立して作用し、弁ハウジン グ内に配置された他の弁閉鎖部材の弁収容孔が第1弁閉鎖部材を有する、特にス リップ制御付き自動車のブレーキシステム用電磁弁装置である弁装置であって、 弁収容ボディ(6)が弁収容孔(2)内に挿入され、他の弁閉鎖部材(3)から 離隔したこの弁収容ボディ(6)の前面は、ほぼカップ状の開口(15)を有し 、この開口は第1弁閉鎖部材(4)を位置決めする保持部材(16,16′)を 収容することを特徴とする弁装置。 12. 前記保持部材(16,16′)は、ほぼディスク状の前面を有し、この 保持部材(16,16′)は、他の弁閉鎖部材(3)から離隔した弁収容ボディ (6)の前面(17)に関して軸方向距離を有し、第1弁閉鎖部材(4)はこの 軸方向距離のスペース内に固定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の弁装 置。 13. 前記保持部材(16,16′)の前面には、流体を流通させる開口スペ ース(18)が設けられ、これらの開口は、弁閉鎖部材(3,4)で制御される 2つの圧力媒体通路(8,11)で、圧力媒体源(13)を圧力媒体使用装置( 12)に接続することを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の弁装置。 14. 前記保持部材(16,16′)の前面は、ほぼ皿ば ねの構造を有し、複数の舌片(19)の間隙により開口スペース(18)を形成 され、これらのスペースは互いに隣接することを特徴とする請求項1から13の いずれか1に記載の弁装置。 15. 舌片(19)の作用で、第1弁閉鎖部材(4)が、弁収容ボディ(6) の回転軸に偏心して位置する圧力媒体通路(8)を閉鎖可能であることを特徴と する請求項14に記載の弁装置。 16. 前記保持部材(16,16′)はその外周部にカラー(20)を有し、 このカラーは、開口スペース(18)のレベルに配置されたスロット(21)に より2つの端部部分に分割されることを特徴とする請求項11から15のいずれ か1に記載の弁装置。 17. 前記保持部材(16,16′)は薄い金属板から打抜きにより形成され ることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1に記載の弁装置。
