Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体の中に、ASTMB−117 (1979)に従い625時間の暴露後に試験片について測定して、腐食性金属 の腐食の量を減少するために有効量の無機抑制剤を混入することによる、前記複 合体の導電性繊維と電気的に接続する腐食性金属からなるハイブリッド構造体中 の腐食性金属のガルバニック腐食を減少する方法。 2.導電性繊維強化分解性ポリマーマトリックス複合体の中に、ASTM B −117(1979)に従い625時間の暴露後に試験片について決定して、ポ リマーマトリックスの分解を減少するために有効量の無機抑制剤を混入すること による、前記複合体の導電性繊維と電気的に接続する腐食性金属からなるハイブ リッド構造体中の前記複合体のポリマーマトリックスのポリマーの分解を減少す る方法。 3.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体の中に、ASTMB−117 (1979)に従い625時間の暴露後に試験片について測定して、前記マトリ ックスの分解したゾーンにおいて測定した電流密度を減少するために有効量の無 機抑制剤を混入することによる、前記複合体の導電性繊維と電気的に接続する腐 食性金属からなるハイブリッド構造体中の腐食性金属のガルバニック腐食/分解 を減少する方法。 4.無機抑制剤をポリマーマトリックスの重量に基づいて0.5〜約10重量 %の量で前記複合体の中に混入する、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかの方法。 5.無機抑制剤がカソードの抑制剤である、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかの方 法。 6.無機抑制剤が亜鉛リン酸塩、カルシウムストロンチウム亜鉛ホスホシリケ ート、カルシウムモリブデン酸塩、銀塩および銀酸化物から成る群より選択され る1種または2種以上の化合物からなる、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかの方法。 7.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体のポリマーマトリックスが分 解性ポリマーマトリックスとしてである、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかの方法。 8.分解性ポリマーマトリックスが鹸化性ポリマーからなる、請求の範囲1〜 3のいずれかの方法。 9.分解性ポリマーマトリックスが(i)ビスマレイミド、シアネートエステ ル、イソシアネート、熱硬化性ポリイミド、それらの混合物に基づく熱硬化性樹 脂およびそれらと他の熱硬化性樹脂との混合物;(ii)飽和ポリエステル、ポ リアミド、熱可塑性ポリイミド、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、それらの混合物に基づ く熱可塑性樹脂およびそれらと他の熱可塑性樹脂との混合物;および(iii) (i)と(ii)との混合物からなる、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかの方法。 10.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体がそのの中に、ASTM B−117(1979)に従い625時間の暴露後に試験片について測定して、 腐食性金属の腐食の量を減少するために有効量の無機抑制剤を混入して有する、 前記複合体の導電性繊維と電気的に接続する腐食性金属からなるハイブリッド構 造体。 11.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体がその中に、ASTM B −117(1979)に従い625時間の暴露後に試験片について決定して、ポ リマーマトリックスの分解を減少するために有効量の 無機抑制剤を混入して有する、前記複合体の導電性繊維と電気的に接続する腐食 性金属からなるハイブリッド構造体。 12.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体がその中に、ASTM B −117(1979)に従い625時間の暴露後に試験片について測定して、前 記マトリックスの分解したゾーンにおいて測定した電流密度を減少するために有 効量の無機抑制剤を混入して有する、前記複合体の導電性繊維と電気的に接続す る腐食性金属からなるハイブリッド構造体。 13.無機抑制剤がポリマーマトリックスの重量に基づいて0.5〜約10重 量%の量で前記複合体の中に混入されている、請求の範囲10〜12のいずれか のハイブリッド構造体。 14.無機抑制剤がカソードの抑制剤である、請求の範囲10〜12のいずれ かのハイブリッド構造体。 15.無機抑制剤が亜鉛リン酸塩、カルシウムストロンチウム亜鉛ホスホシリ ケート、カルシウムモリブデン酸塩、銀塩および銀酸化物から成る群より選択さ れる1種または2種以上の化合物からなる、請求の範囲10〜12のいずれかの ハイブリッド構造体。 16.導電性繊維強化ポリマーマトリックス複合体のポリマーマトリックスが 分解性ポリマーマトリックスとしてである、請求の範囲10〜12のいずれかの ハイブリッド構造体。 17.分解性ポリマーマトリックスが鹸化性ポリマーからなる、請求の範囲1 0〜12のいずれかのハイブリッド構造体。 18.分解性ポリマーマトリックスが(i)ビスマレイミド、シアネートエス テル、イソシアネート、熱硬化性ポリイミド、それらの混合物 に基づく熱硬化性樹脂およびそれらと他の熱硬化性樹脂との混合物;(ii)飽 和ポリエステル、ポリアミド、熱可塑性ポリイミド、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、そ れらの混合物に基づく熱可塑性樹脂およびそれらと他の熱可塑性樹脂との混合物 ;および(iii)(i)と(ii)との混合物からなる、請求の範囲10〜1 2のいずれかのハイブリッド構造体。
