Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 流体圧力作動弁は、流入ポート(14)、流出ポート(20)及び排気ポー ト(24)を有するハウジング(12)を有し、該ハウジング(12)は、前記ポート を互いに連通するチャンバ(28)を内部に構成し、前記チャンバ(28)は、前記 ハウジング(12)の壁によって構成され、さらに前記チャンバ(28)に構成され た弁座(34)と、前記チャンバ(28)内に摺動可能に取り付けられたピストン( 40)とを有し、前記ピストン(40)は、前記弁座(34)を貫通する部分を有し、 さらに前記ピストン(40)の前記部分で支持された弁部材(54)を有し、前記弁 部材(54)は、前記ピストン(40)によって摺動可能に支持された前記ガイドピ ン(56)に装着され、且つ前記ガイドピン(56)によって案内され、且つ前記チ ャンバ(28)を構成する壁から分離され、さらに前記ピストン(40)を前記弁部 材(54)を前記弁座(34)から遠ざけておく位置に向かって弾性的に付勢するバ ネ(42)を有し、前記ピストン(40)は、前記流入ポート(14)の流体圧力に応 答して、前記弁座(34)から遠かり、それによって前記弁部材(54)をして前記 弁座(34)に密封係合させ、前記ピストン(40)はその後、前記弁部材(54)か ら離れる流体圧力応答表面(48)を有することを特徴とする流体圧力作動弁。 (2) 前記ピストン(40)は、前記ピストン(40)を貫通し、前記排気ポート (24)と連通する排気流路(46)を構成し、前記弁座(34)は、前記チャンバ( 28)を一対の部分に分割し、前記排気流路(46)は、前記弁部材(54)が前記弁 座(34)と係合する際、前記ピストン(40)が前記弁部材(54)から離れた後、 前記部分の一方を排気ポート(24)に連通する請求項1に記載の流体圧力作動弁 。 (3) 前記ガイドピン(56)は、前記排気流路(46)内に摺動可能に受入れら れる請求項2に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (4) 逆止弁(66)は、前記チャンバ(28)への流通を可能とするために前記 流入ポート(14)の流通を制御して、前記逆止弁(66)は、前記ピストン(40) と略同軸の逆止弁構成要素(68)を有する請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項 に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (5) 前記弁部材(54)は、前記ピストン(40)及び弁ガイド(64)が係合し 、前記ガイドピン(56)は、前記部材(54)を貫通し、且つ前記弁ガイド(64) に固定される 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (6) 前記逆止弁(66)は、前記逆止弁構成要素(68)を弾性的に付勢して、 前記ハウジング(12)によって支持された逆止弁座と密封係合させる逆止弁バネ (74)を有し、前記逆止弁バネ(74)は、前記弁ガイド(64)の肩と前記逆止弁 構成要素(68)との間を延び、それによって前記弁ガイド(64)は前記逆止弁バ ネ(74)を方向付け、且つ案内する請求項4に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (7) 前記弁ガイド(64)は、前記逆止弁構成要素(68)から所定距離に配置 された端で終わり、前記端は前記逆止弁構成要素(68)に係合して、前記逆止弁 構成要素(68)の偏りを所定距離に制限する請求項6に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (8) 前記ガイドピン(56)は、前記排気流路(46)内に摺動可能に受入れら れる請求項7に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (9) 前記流出ポート(20)は、一方向逆止弁(86)を介して前記一方の部分 と連通する請求項2に記載の流体圧力作動弁。 (10)前記ハウジング(12)は、前記部分の他と連通する流出開口をさらに有す る請求項2に記載の流体圧力作動弁。
