Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の段階: (1)第三アミンN-オキシド、水及びセルロースのプレミックスを作り、 (2)垂直に置かれた薄膜蒸発機であって加熱内部表面及びその軸の回転の間 にその蒸発機内の材料がその軸の周りに輪状に置かれた2以上の翼により接触さ れるであろうようにその軸に沿って配置されたパドル翼を備えた中心軸を有する ものの内で大気よりも低い圧力下でそのプレミックスを加熱し、 (3)そのセルロースがそのアミン・オキシド中で溶液を形成するようなレベ ルまでそのプレミックスからその水を蒸発させ、そして (4)その薄膜蒸発機からその溶液を取り出す、 を含んで成る第三アミンN-オキシド中でのセルロースの溶液の形成方法であって 、 その加熱表面が1m2〜125m2のレンジ内の面積を提供され、その翼の先端が8メ ーター/秒までの速度をもつようにローターを回転させ、65mm〜175mmのレンジ 内の隣接翼の先端の間の周囲間隔を提供し、25ミリバール〜100mbのレンジ内の 真空を適用し、そしてその加熱表面を、適用された真空条件下、その溶液を90℃ 〜135℃のレンジ内の温度において除去するような温度まで加熱する、ことを特 徴とする方法。 2.表面積が、10m2〜125m2の、好ましくは10m2〜75m2のレンジ内にあり、そし て翼先端の間の周囲の間隔が、75mm〜150mmのレンジ内にあり、そしてその先端 速度が、2.5〜5メータ/秒のレンジ内にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 3.先端速度が、2.5〜4.5メーター/秒のレンジ内にある、ことを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。 4.溶液が、100℃〜150℃のレンジ内の出口温度において製造される、ことを特 徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.プレミックスが、周囲〜95℃の間の、好ましくは75℃〜85℃の間の温度にお いて薄膜蒸発機内にフィードされる、ことを特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに 記載の方法。 6.ローターが、そのローターの周辺の周りに5°〜15°又は5°〜10°の間隔 において配置された翼をもつ、ことを特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の 方法。 7.溶液が、7重量%〜35重量%のセルロース、15%〜4%の水及び残りのアミ ノ・オキシドを含む、ことを特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.翼が、軸について螺旋状に配置され、隣接翼が、互いに角度をもって且つ軸 方向に間隔を開けて置かれる、ことを特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の 方法。 9.翼の少なくとも幾つかが、薄膜蒸発機を通して材料を下方に押し出すように 傾けられている、ことを特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
