Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.・必要に応じて架橋剤(B)の存在下での縮合によってエラストマーに架 橋し得る少なくとも1種のオルガノポリシロキサン油(A)、 ・必要に応じて、油(A)100重量部当たり0.1〜100重量部好ましく0 .5〜30重量部の少なくとも1種の架橋剤(B)、 ・随意成分として、油(A)100重量部当たり50重量部まで好ましくは10 重量部までの少なくとも1種のシラン(C)、 ・随意成分として、油(A)100重量部当たり300重量部まで好ましくは3 〜100重量部の珪酸質及び/又は非珪酸質無機充填剤(D)、及び ・触媒的に有効な量の硬化触媒化合物(E)、 を含む水性分散液であり、そして ・25℃で少なくとも3Pa s好ましくは50〜1000Pa s程度の動粘度を有す るシリコーン相(F)であって、油(A)又は油(A)の混合物そして随意成分 として成分(B)、(C)、(D)及び(E)のうちの少なくとも1種を含むシ リコーン相(P)100重量部と、 少なくとも1種の好ましくは非イオン性の表面活性剤(G)(かかる表面活性 剤又は表面活性剤の混合物のHLBは少なくとも10好ましくは10〜15の間 である)3〜20重量部好ましくは5〜15重量部と、 水2〜20重量部好ましくは3〜15重量部と、 よりなる混合物であって、しかも水/水+表面活性剤の重量比は、水+表面活性 剤の混合物の粘度がシリコーン相(F)の粘度の半分に近いか又はそれよりも高 くそして好ましくはシリコーン相(F)の粘度に近いか又はそれよりも高くなる 程のものであるような混合物を、0.1〜5μm程度好ましくは0.2〜2μm 程度の粒度の“油/水型”エマルジョンを得るのに十分な期間及び剪断条件で混 練し、次いで随意に水で25〜97%好ましくは70%よりも高い固形分含量が 得られるまで希釈し、そして ・シリコーン相(F)中に存在しない成分を添加する、 ことによって得られることを特徴とする水性分散液。 2.油(A)が、随意に加水分解後に縮合し得る官能基を分子当たり少なくと も2個含有するα,ω−ヒドロキシル化油又は官能性油である請求項1記載の水 性分散液。 3.油(A)が、一般式(I) [式中、 ・aは0又は1であり、 ・bは0又は1であり、 ・a+b=0、1又は2、 ・nは式(A)の重合体に所望の粘度を与えるのに十分な値を有し、 ・R基は同種又は異種であり、そして OH基(a+b=2の場合) 1〜10個の炭素原子を含有するアルコキシ又はアルケニルオキシ基、 6〜13個の炭素原子を含有するアリールオキシ基、 1〜13個の炭素原子を含有するアシルオキシ基、 1〜8個の炭素原子を含有するケチミノキシ基、 Si−N結合によって珪素に結合された1〜6個の炭素原子を含有するアミノ 又はアミド官能基、 を表わし、 ・R1及びR2基は同種又は異種であって、1〜10個の炭素原子を含有するアル キル若しくはアルケニル脂肪族基又はフェニル芳香族基である有機基を表わし、 そしてかかる基はハロゲン原子又はシアノ基によって随意に置換されるが、該基 の少なくとも80%はメチル基を表わし、 ・R3及びR4基は同種又は異種であって、1〜13個の炭素原子を含有するアル キル、アミノアルキル、ポリアミノアルキル、エポキシアルキル若しくはアルケ ニル脂肪族基又は6〜13個の炭素原子を含有するアリール 芳香族である有機基を表わし、そして随意に加水分解後に縮合可能な官能基が分 子当たり少なくとも2個好ましくは少なくとも3個存在するが、好ましくはR1 〜R4基の少なくとも80%はメチル基を表わす]を有する請求項1記載の水性 分散液。 4.架橋剤(B)が、コロイドシリカ、珪酸ナトリウム、熱分解法又は沈降法 シリカ、アルカリ金属オルガノシリコネート、シルセスキオキサン樹脂のミクロ エマルジョン、アルコキシ及びアシルオキシ基を含有する低分子量の反応性シリ コーン樹脂、高分子量のトルエン不溶性シリコーン樹脂、ヒドロキシル化シリコ ーン樹脂、アルコキシシラン、アルキルアミノシラン、アルキルアミドシラン等 であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 5.シラン(C)が、油(A)の加水分解の副生物でありそして式 (R5)cSi(R)4-c [式中、 ・cは0、1又は2であり、 ・R5基は同種又は異種であって、式(I)の油(A)のR3及びR4基に相当し 、 ・R基は、式(I)のポリオルガノシロキサン油(A)の有機基Rに相当する] を有し、しかも該シランが油(A)100重量部当たり0〜10重量部程度好ま しくは0〜5重量部程度の量で存在することを特徴とする請求 項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 6.シラン(C)が、油(A)の重量の50%までそして一般的には0.5〜 10%程度の範囲内であってよい量で存在するアミノプロピルトリエトキシシラ ン、アミノプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキ シシラン等のような接着性変性用添加剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の いずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 7.充填剤(D)が、0.001〜300μm程度の粒度の補強又は半補強用 であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 8.硬化触媒化合物(E)が、油(A)100重量部当たり約3重量部までそ して好ましくは0.05〜1重量部の範囲内であってよい量で使用される錫誘導 体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 9.シリコーン相(F)が、 (F1)少なくとも3Pa s好ましくは50〜1000Pa s程度の粘度を有する 油(A)、 (F2)少なくとも3Pa s好ましくは50〜1000Pa s程度の粘度を有する 油(A)の混合物、 (F3)少なくとも3Pa s好ましくは50〜1000Pa s程度の粘度を有する 、少なくとも1種の油(A)及び少なくとも1種の架橋剤(B)(必要に応じて )及び/又はシラン(C)及び/又は少なくとも1種の充填剤 (D)の混合物、又は (F4)随意成分としての少なくとも1種のシラン(C)及び/又は少なくと も1種の充填剤(D)の存在下における少なくとも1種の油(A)と触媒化合物 (E)との混合物、 よりなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 10.シリコーン相(A)の“油/水型”乳化が、シリコーン相を水+表面活 性剤の混合物中に導入することによって又はシリコーン相+表面活性剤の混合物 中に水を導入しそして10〜50℃程度の温度で混練することによって行われる ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 11.混合物の随意の希釈後、シリコーン相(A)の“油/水型”エマルジョ ン中に存在しない分散液の成分、即ち、 シリコーン相(F1)、(F2)又は(F3)のエマルジョンの場合には、好 ましくは水性エマルジョンの形態にある触媒化合物及び該相中に存在しない他の 随意成分、 シリコーン相(F4)のエマルジョンの場合には、架橋剤(B)(必要ならば )及び該相中に存在しない他の随意成分、 が、好ましくは乳化に使用されたニーダーでの混練によって混合物中に導入分散 されることを特徴とする請求項 10記載の水性分散液。 12.混練操作が、一軸又は多軸スクリュー、プラネタリーミキサー、フック ミキサー、スローデスパーサー、スタチックミキサー又はブレード、プロペラ、 アンカー若しくは類似のミキサーで行われることを特徴とする請求項10又は1 1記載の水性分散液。 13.可塑剤、増稠剤、充填剤−分散剤等を追加的に含有することを特徴とす る請求項1〜12のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液。 14.請求項1〜13のいずれか一項記載の水性分散液をエラストマーペイン ト、表面材に撥水性を付与するための薬剤、シール材、難燃性エラストマー製品 等の製造に使用する方法。
