Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第一の位置から第二の位置へ情報を伝送する情報送付システムであって、 前記第一の位置に置かれた第一の情報処理手段と、前記第二の位置に置かれた第 二の情報処理手段と、前記情報を前記第一および第二の位置間で伝送するのに適 応する通信チャネルとを備えることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 2.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記情報がディジタル形式か アナログ形式のいずれかの形式で前記第一の位置に格納されることを特徴とする 情報送付システム。 3.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記情報がディジタル形式で 前記通信チャネル上に伝送されることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 4.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記情報がアナログ形式で前 記通信チャネル上に伝送されることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 5.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記第一の位置が記憶場所で あり、前記情報を格納する記憶バンクを備えることを特徴とする情報送付システ ム。 6.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記第二の位置が利用場所で あり、情報、出力、ディスプレイ、プレゼンテーションあるいは再生録音等の各 種手段を備えることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 7.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記第二の位置には記憶手段 が備えられていることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 8.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、各々が所定帯域幅を有すると 共に、前記第一の位置を前記第二の位置に接続すべく共に働く複数のチャネルを 確立することにより、前記通信チャネルが広帯域幅のデータパスとして実働化さ れ、それによって前記チャネルの内いずれの帯域幅よりも大きな帯域幅が情報の 伝送に利用できることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 9.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記チャネルを通じての伝送 に先立ち前記情報を圧縮することにより、前記通信チャネルが見かけ上広い帯域 チャネルを構成し、それによって前記情報がリアルタイムよりも短い時間に圧縮 された形式で送信されることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 10.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記情報が前記通信チャネ ルを通じてリアルタイムに伝送されることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 11.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記第一の情報処理手段が 情報記憶手段および情報圧縮手段を有することを特徴とする情報送付システム。 12.請求項11記載の情報送付システムにおいて、データが前記情報記憶手 段から前記情報圧縮手段に手渡され、前記記憶手段に戻される前に圧縮されるこ とを特徴とする情報送付システム。 13.請求項12記載の情報送付システムにおいて、適応すべく、かつ選択的 に前記圧縮手段を繰り返し実施することにより、前記情報の圧縮が反復されるこ とを特徴とする情報送付システム。 14.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記第二の情報処理手段が 情報解凍手段およびデータ記憶手段を有することを特徴とする情報送付システム 。 15.請求項14記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記解凍手段は前記情報 が前記記憶手段に記憶される前に解凍されることを特徴とする情報送付システム 。 16.請求項15記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記解凍手段と前記記憶 手段との間で繰り返しやり取りが求められる限り前記情報の解凍が反復されるこ とを特徴とする情報送付システム。 17.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記情報が前記通信チャネ ル上でリアルタイムに伝送されることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 18.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記通信チャネルが少なく ともセルラーテレフォンネットワークの一部を備えることを特徴とする情報送付 システム。 19.請求項1記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記第二の情報処理手段が ビデオディスプレイ手段を備え、それによって、前記通信チャネルを通じて伝送 されるビデオデータを構成する情報が前記第二の位置で表示され得ることを特徴 とする情報送付システム。 20.請求項19記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記ビデオディスプレイ 手段がテレビジョン受信器であることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 21.請求項19記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記ビデオディスプレイ 手段がビデオフォーン端末であることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 22.請求項19記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記ビデオディスプレイ 手段がビデオデータディスプレイを内蔵するハンドヘルド式移動電話であること を特徴とする情報送付システム。 23.請求項22記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記移動電話が比較的高 い電磁放射線放出部と比較的低い電磁放射線放出部より構成され、前記低めの放 射線放出部はユーザの頭部に、あるいは頭部近くへ据えつけられ、前記高めの電 磁放射線放出部との通信に適合すると共に、前記高めの電磁放射線放出部はユー ザの胴回りに置かれ、セルラーテレフォンネットワークとの通信に適合すること を特徴とする情報送付システム。 24.記憶位置から利用位置への情報伝送システムであって、情報を格納すべ く前記記憶位置に置かれた記憶バンクと、前記利用位置に置かれた情報再生手段 と、伝送手段とを備え、それによって前記ビデオ情報が前記記憶位置から前記利 用位置に要請に応じて伝送されることを特徴とする情報伝送システム。 25.請求項24記載の情報伝送システムにおいて、前記伝送手段は、公衆電 話交換網か未使用または予備のテレビチャネル帯域幅のいずれかを有してなる通 信媒体を介して、前記情報を伝達することを特徴とする情報伝送システム。 26.請求項24記載の情報伝送システムにおいて、前記利用位置が記憶手段 を備え、RF変調信号をTVセットのアンテナ入力に供給する再生コントローラ によって、前記情報再生中にその情報を一時的に記憶することを特徴とする情報 伝送システム。 27.請求項24記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記記憶位置からの伝送 に先立ち前記情報が圧縮手段によって圧縮され、前記利用位置での受信と同時に 圧縮解凍手段によって圧縮解凍されることを特徴とする情報伝送システム。 28.情報を内包する信号を広い範囲に渡って分配された複数の局所受信手段 に送り届ける広域信号送付手段を有してなる情報送付システムであって、各局所 受信手段が前記信号をそれぞれの局所信号処理手段に伝達し、それによって前記 信号は、セルラー受信器による受信に向け、ローカルセルラーテレフォンネット ワークに伝達すべく処理されることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 29.請求項28記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記セルラー受信器の各 々が前記局所信号処理手段によって唯一無比のものとして識別可能であることを 特徴とする情報送付システム。 30.請求項28記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記セルラー受信器の各 々の通信手段がテレビ受信器と連絡しており、前記情報が該テレビ受信器に出力 されるのに適したビデオ情報と音声情報とからなることを特徴とする情報送付シ ステム。 31.請求項30記載の情報送付システムにおいて、各セルラー受信器がそこ から出力される前記情報を選択的に制御するのに適応することを特徴とする情報 送付システム。 32.請求項31記載の情報送付システムにおいて、前記情報が有料テレビ情 報であり、各セルラー受信器上でのユーザの操縦制御によって得られるものであ ることを特徴とする情報送付システム。 33.請求項32記載の情報送付システムにおいて、各セルラー受信器が制御 手段を備え、それによって該セルラー受信器からの情報出力が監視されると共に 、前記情報に起因すると考えられる報告値が維持されることを特徴とする情報送 付システム。 34.各々が所定帯域幅を有すると共に、加入者同士を接続すべく共に働く複 数のチャネルを確立することで構成されるセルラーテレフォンネットワーク上の 広帯域幅データパスであって、それによって前記チャネルの内いずれの帯域幅よ りも大きな帯域幅を有する加入者間で広帯域幅のデータ接続が確立されることを 特徴とする広帯域幅データパス。
