Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に油によって汚染されている又はガソリンによって汚染されている水面の 場合、油、ガソリン等のような浮動可能な流体を吸取るための装置であって、水 面に浸漬され好ましくは環状の浮動体(8)によってその上部に少なくとも部分 的に支持されているおけ状又は円筒状の収集容器(2)を有し、吸取られるべき 流体(6)の入口開口部(3)が浮動体(8)のすぐ下に設けられ、流体(6) は、少なくとも一本の搬送ポンプ(21)によって処理ステーシヨンへ運ぶため に収集容器(2)へ吸取られることが可能である装置において、浮動体(8)の 浮力手段(9)は浮動体が大部分、水面(7)に横たえられるようになされ、収 集容器(2)を含む漏斗状の取水槽(10)は浮動体(8)の下に設けられ、該 槽は浮動体(8)とともに、取り込まれるべき流体の流れの幅に相当している所 定の取水間隙(s)を形成する装置。 2.浮動体(8)の下面(33)と放物線状取水槽(10)の上面(11)との 間の取水間隙(s)はその幅が可変でありs≦300mmに相当している請求項 1記載の装置。 3.収集容器(2)及び/又は浮動体(8)及び/又は漏斗状取水槽(10)が 回転方向に対称になされている請求項1記載の装置。 4.浮動体(8)が環状でディスク状の浮動リングとしてなされ、その内部に容 積が可変である一以上の浮力室が設けられ、浮動リング(8)は好ましくは複数 の個別の浮動区域に分割されている請求項1又は3記載の装置。 5.浮動体(8)の内部リング区域は入口開口部(5)が設けられている被覆板 (4)によって覆われ、入口開口部(5)は収集容器(2)に接続している請求 項4記載の装置。 6.少なくとも一本の、好ましくは三本の対称的に設けられている垂直の吸取管 (18)が収集容器(2)に開口し、上部被覆板(4)を介して外側に接続し、 各吸取管(18)に好ましくは別の接続管に接続するための弾性的な接続要素( 22)が設けられている上記請求項の一つに記載の装置。 7.好ましくは吸取管(18)の下部に高出力加圧ポンプ(21)が設けられて いる請求項6記載の装置。 8.放物線状又は漏斗状取水槽(10)が収集容器(2)上に位置し、収集容器 のほぼ半分の高さを有し、その内壁(38)が漏斗状に収集容器(2)の外側表 面から浮動体(8)の下面(33)に接続されている上記請求項の一つに記載の 装置。 9.取水槽(10)の上部境界(11)がその外側円錐形表面(40)に対して 140°の鈍角αを有する請求項8記載の装置。 10.取水槽(10)に、モータ駆動(15)及びスピンドルナット(14)を 備えているねじスピンドル(13)を有する高さ調節装置(12)が設けられて いる上記請求項の一つに記載の装置。 11.取水槽(10)が、さらに浮力体(16)を備えている中空体としてなさ れている請求項10記載の装置。 12.収集容器(2)の下に好ましくは円筒形空洞がスタビライザ(23)とし て設けられ、該スタビライザには好ましくは横方 向及び/又は底面の入口開口部(25、27)が設けられている上記請求項の一 つに記載の装置。 13.収集容器(2)又はスタビライザ(23)の外側表面がラダー装置(28 )を備え、該ラダー装置には必要な場合、駆動スクリューが設けられ、該駆動ス クリューは好ましくは別の又は追加のクロスラダースクリュー(29)としてな されている上記請求項の一つに記載の装置。
