Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.糸の表面に、糸の走行方向に気流を発生させる溶融紡糸方法であって、前 記気流は、ポリマー材料が未固化の糸部分の少なくとも一部の上を流れ、この糸 部分の上を流れる糸の走行方向の気流の速度は、糸とこれに接触する空気層との 間の摩擦に起因する応力を糸が受けないか、又は無視可能な程度のこの応力を受 けるようになされていることを特徴とする溶融紡糸方法。 2.糸が巻取り装置に向かって供給され、そこで所定の速度でボビン(パッケ ージ)に巻かれる請求項1に記載の溶融紡糸方法であって、糸の巻取り速度は、 紡糸ラインの所定点以降の糸速度が糸の供給方向の気流によって補助されなけれ ば、糸とこれに接触する空気層との間の摩擦によって糸に付加的な応力が加わっ て糸特性が影響を受けるようになっており、又、気流が前記所定点から発生し、 その糸走行方向に向かう速度は、糸とこれに接触する空気層との間の摩擦力が糸 の特性に重大な影響を与える限度以下に留まっていることを特徴とする溶融紡糸 方法。 3.前記気流が、少なくとも糸特性が前記摩擦力によって影響を受けなくなる 紡糸ライン上の位置、即ちポリマー材料が固化する位置の近傍まで糸に随伴する ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融紡糸方法。 4.糸が巻取り装置に向かって供給され、そこで所定の速度でボビンに巻かれ 、この巻取り速度は、糸の走行方向の気流によって補助されなければ、糸走行経 路に「ネッキング」が発生するようなレベルに設定されている溶融紡糸方法であ って、糸の走行方向の前記気流は、ネッキングを防止するように補助されている ことを特徴とする溶融紡糸方法。 5.前記方法が請求項1〜3のいずれか1項においても行われる請求項4に記 載の方法。 6.紡糸ノズルとワインダを具えたフィラメントの溶融紡糸のための装置であ って、糸の走行方向の気流を発生させる手段が設けられ、糸の表面上の該気流の 速度は、糸とこれに接触する空気層の間に僅かな摩擦力しか生じないように糸の 表面速度に対応しており、前記手段は前記気流が紡糸ライン内の一点から流れる ように構成され、該気流の補助がなければ摩擦力が発生して糸特性に影響を及ぼ し、且つ前記気流はフィラメントが固化する点まで流れることを特徴とする溶融 紡糸装置。 7.前記手段は紡糸ラインを被包するチューブを具え、前記気流は該チューブ を通ってフィラメントの近傍に導かれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置 。 8.前記気流が負圧の発生によって生じることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に 記載の装置。 9.室内空気が前記チューブの上端に入って前記気流を形成することを特徴と する請求項7又は8に記載の装置。 10.フィラメントがノズル出口から出現した後に該フィラメントの冷却を遅 らせるための手段が、前記紡糸ノズルに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項 6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
