Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.膨張用流体を供給するための少なくとも1つのルーメンを有する軸と、 夫々隣接するバルーンと共通の壁を有し、上記軸の周りに筒状に配置した膨 張可能な複数の半径方向に延びるバルーンによって形成されたアレイと、 上記バルーンの1つに流体流通可能となる複数のチャンネルを有する、上記 各バルーンを膨張せしめるための手段と、 上記アレイ内に流体を流すため2つの隣接するチャンネル間に形成した少な くとも1つの開口と より成る、体内管に挿入するための環流カテーテル。 2.上記チャンネルが各バルーンの両端部に伸び、基端中間部材が形成されるよ うウエブによって互いに分離されている請求の範囲第1項記載の環流カテーテル 。 3.上記各チャンネルの一端がマニホルドに連結され、他端がバルーンに連結さ れている請求の範囲第1項記載のカテーテル。 4.隣接するチャンネルが両者間に配置されたウエブによって互いに分離され、 上記ウエブの少なくとも1つが上記アレイに流体を流すための開口を有する請求 の範囲第1項記載のカテーテル。 5.チャンネルとウエブが共に基端中間部材を形成する請求の範囲第4項記載の カテーテル。 6.上記アレイに取り付けた遊端中間部材を更に有する請求の範囲第5項記載の カテーテル。 7.上記軸が上記基端及び遊端中間部材を通して延びる請求の範囲第6項記載の カテーテル。 8.上記チャンネルと上記軸内のルーメン間の流体通路となるマニホルドを形成 するハブによって上記基端中間部材が上記軸に連結される請求の範囲第7項記載 のカテーテル。 9.膨張用流体を供給するための内側ルーメンを有する軸と、 内面と体内管への係合面とを有し、上記軸の周りに配置した半径方向に広が る膨張可能な筒状のアレイと、 上記アレイのバルーンに膨張用流体を導入せしめるため上記アレイを上記軸 に連結せしめる手段と、 上記アレイが膨張したとき体液の流れが阻止されないよう上記軸と上記内面 間に体液を流すための手段と より成る、アレイが膨張している間体内管を通して血液が流れるようにした カテーテル。 10.軸をバルーンに接続するための手段が、ウエブによって互いに離間された複 数のチャンネルである請求の範囲第9項記載のカテーテル。 11.流体の流れを作る手段が隣接するチャンネル間のウエブ内の少なくとも1つ の穴である請求の範囲第10項記載のカテーテル。
