Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.pH9.0および温度70℃でかなりの活性を有するキシラナーゼ。 2.16SリボゾームDNAの配列がSEQ.ID No.20に示したDSM8721株の16Sリボゾーム DNA配列と92%以上のホモロジーを共有する微生物から得られることを特徴とする 請求項1記載のキシラナーゼ。 3.バチルス種DSM8721から得られることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のキ シラナーゼ。 4.前記キシラナーゼのアミノ酸配列がSEQ.ID No.19に示したアミノ酸配列と72 %以上のホモロジーを共有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記 載のキシラナーゼ。 5.pH9.0および温度70℃でかなりの活性を有するキシラナーゼであって、寄託 番号:CBS 666.93,667.93.669.93および673.93で寄託されている株からなる群 から選択される微生物から得られることを特徴とするキシラナーゼ。 6.前記キシラナーゼのアミノ酸配列がSEQ.ID No.2に示したアミノ酸配列と93% 以上のホモロジーを共有することを特徴とする請求項5記載のキシラナーゼ。 7.pH9.0および温度70℃でかなりの活性を有するキシラナーゼであって、pH9.0 および温度65℃でパルプ処理を行うECFパルプ漂白処理において、非酵素処理パ ルプと比較してソフトウッド・パルプのISOブライトネス増加が少なくとも1%以 上、望ましくは1.5乃至5%の増加を示すことを特徴とするキシラナーゼ。 8.pH9.0および温度70℃でかなりの活性を有するキシラナーゼであって、pH9.0 および温度65℃でパルプ処理を行うECFパルプ漂白処理において、非酵素処理パ ルプと比較してソフトウッド・パルプのISOブライトネス増加が少なくとも1%以 上、望ましくはハードウッド・パルプのISOブライトネス増加が1.2乃至3.0%であ ることを特徴とするキシラナーゼ。 9.請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のキシラナーゼをコードする単離されたDNA 配列。 10.微生物宿主細胞をトランスホーメーションしうるベクターであって、請求項 9記載のDNA配列を含むことを特徴とするベクター。 11.DNA配列が微生物宿主中において該DNA配列の発現を保証する発現シグナルに 機能的に結合することを特徴とする請求項10記載のベクター。 12.請求項10または11記載のベクターを含む微生物宿主。 13.前記微生物宿主が前記DNA配列を発現することを特徴とする請求項12記載の 微生物宿主。 14.前記キシラナーゼが適当な培地におけるキシラナーゼを生産する微生物の培 養、および培養物からのキシラナーゼの回収により入手しうることを特徴とする 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のキシラナーゼの調製方法。 15.前記微生物が請求項13記載の微生物宿主である請求項14記載の方法。 16.請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のキシラナーゼの使用を含むキシランの分 解方法。 17.請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載のキシラナーゼの使用を含むウッド・パル プの脱リグニン化方法。 18.請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のキシラナーゼの使用を含むパルプの漂白 方法。
