Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に内視鏡検査による手術において用いられる医用のはさみであって、静止 用ハンドルと移動用ハンドル(11,12)を有する握持部分と、前記静止用ハ ンドルに連結されている外部筒(2)と、この外部筒の内部において移動可能に 案内されると共に前記移動用ハンドル(12)に連結され、かつ、はさみあごの 2つのはさみ部材(41,42)の少なくとも1つを動作させる引張ロッド(3 )とを具備し、差込連結部材(31)は前記外部筒の内部の差込挿入部材に挿入 することができ、前記はさみ部材(41,42)の少なくとも1つに連結され、 かつ、前記引張ロッドに対し移動可能である前記引張ロッド(3)の末端部に配 置され、かつ、前記外部筒(2)に連結することができ、前記外部筒(2)は、 連結部材(13,21)によって前記握持部分(1)に挿入された引張ロッドを 有し、かつ、この引張ロッドの末端部は前記移動用ハンドル(12)の内部のス プリングキャッチ部材(51)に固定されていることを特徴とする医用のはさみ 。 2.前記はさみあごを開放することができるように、作動部材(5)によって前 記移動用ハンドル(12)上で前記スプリングキャッチ部材(51)を移動する ことができることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載のはさみ。 3.前記引張ロッド(3)は、末端部に相互に対向し ている2つの平面部分を有し、これらの平面部分とともに前記外部筒(2)のス プリングクランプ部材(14,15)に挿入することができることを特徴とする 請求の範囲1または2に記載のはさみ。 4.前記引張ロッド(3)は、隣接部分において鋭い球面状に形成され、かつ、 前記隣接部分で前記スプリングキャッチ部材(51)の保持部分を挿入すること ができることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至3の一つに記載のはさみ。 5.スプリング部材は、前記はさみ部材(41,42)が閉じる位置に前記移動 用ハンドル(12)を閉じる請求の範囲1乃至4の一つに記載のはさみ。 6.前記外部筒(2)を前記握持部分(1)に連結する前記連結部材は、スクリ ューエレメント(13,21)であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至5の一 つに記載のはさみ。 7.前記外部筒(2)は、前記握持部分(1)に取り付けられた前記連結部材の 部分(21)に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至5の一 つに記載のはさみ。 8.前記外部筒(2)と前記握持部分(1)を規定された複数の回転位置に設定 することができることを特徴とする請求の範囲7に記載のはさみ。 9.ボールキャッチ連結部材は、前記回転位置を規定していることを特徴とする 請求の範囲8に記載のはさみ。 10.両方の前記はさみ部材(41,42)は、移動 可能であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至9の一つに記載のはさみ。 11.前記はさみ部材(41,42)は、ピボット部材(43,44)によって 前記引張ロッド(3)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲10に記載 のはさみ。 12.前記外部筒(2)は、金属内部筒と絶縁材料からなる被覆筒とからなるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲1乃至11の一つに記載のはさみ。 13.絶縁材料からなる前記被覆筒は、差込継手により動作はさみに連結されて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲12に記載のはさみ。 14.前記はさみは、HF切除用内視鏡として利用することができることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1乃至13に記載のはさみ。
