Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多孔性の拡張されたポリテトラフロロエチレンのシートを製造する方法で あって、前記方法が、 ポリテトラフロロエチレンと潤滑剤の混合物を第1のシートの形状に押出し成 形する段階と、 前記第1のシートをカレンダー加工する段階と、 前記第1のシートに模様を形成する段階と、 前記第1のシートを拡張する段階と、 前記第1のシートを焼結する段階と、 を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 2. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様が不規則であることを特徴とする 方法。 3. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様が規則的であることを特徴とする 方法。 4. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様がプラスチック工業協会規格のM T−11030であることを特徴とする方法。 5. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様形成段階が一対のローラの間で前 記第1のシートを押付ける段階を含み、前記ローラの少なくとも一つが前記模様 が付与された外面を有していることを特徴とする方法。 6. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様形成段階がローラと表面の間で第 1のシートを押圧する段階を含み、前記ローラと表面の少なくとも一つに前記模 様が織り込まれていることを特徴とする方法。 7. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様形成段階が一対の表面の間で前記 第1のシートを押圧する段階を含み、前記表面の少なくとも一つが前記模様の織 目を有していることを特徴とする方法。 8. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様形成段階が、 前記模様の織目を有する第2のシートを供給することと、 前記第1のシートの上に前記第2のシートを押圧することと、 前記第2のシートを取除くことと を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 9. 請求項8記載の方法であって、前記第2のシートが布地であることを特徴 とする方法。 10. 請求項8記載の方法であって、前記第2のシートが紙であることを特徴 とする方法。 11. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様形成段階が、 前記混合物に溶加剤を添加する段階と、 前記第1のシートのカレンダー加工後に前記溶加剤を取除く段階と、 を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 12. 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記模様形成段階が、 前記第1のシートに溶加剤を添加する段階と、 前記第1のシートのカレンダー加工後に前記溶加剤を取除く段階と、 を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 13. 多孔性の拡張されたポリテトラフロロエチレンのシートを製造する方法 であって、前記方法が ポリテトラフロロエチレンと潤滑剤の混合物を押出してチューブを成形する段 階と、 前記チューブに模様を形成する段階と、 前記チューブを拡張する段階と、 前記チューブを焼結する段階と、 を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 14. 請求項13記載の方法であって、前記模様を形成する段階が、 マンドレルの上に前記チューブを装着する段階と、 前記チューブをローラとマンドレルの間で押圧する段階と、 を備え、前記ローラとマンドレルの少なくとも一つが前記模様の織目を有してい ることを特徴とする方法。 15. ポリテトラフロロエチレンと潤滑剤の混合物をシートに押出し、前記シ ートに模様を形成し、前記シートを拡張し、そして前記シートを焼結する工程に より製造された、拡張したポリテトラフロロエチレンのシート。 16. 請求項15記載のシートであって、異なった方向に順に拡張されている ことを特徴とするシート。 17. 拡張したポリテトラフロロエチレンのシートであって、節間間隔が10 ないし200ミクロンの範囲にあることを特徴とするシート。 18. 請求項17記載の拡張したポリテトラフロロエチレンのシートであって 、前記節間間隔が10ないし50ミクロンの範囲にあることを特徴とするシート 。 19. 請求項18記載の拡張したポリテトラフロロエチレンのシートであって 、前記節間間隔が20ないし40ミクロンの範囲にあることを特徴とするシート 。 20. 多孔性の拡張したポリテトラフロロエチレンのシートを製造する方法で あって、前記方法が、 ペースト状のポリテトラフロロエチレンをシートに押出し成形する段階と 前 記シートを一連のカレンダー加工工程及び折曲げ工程に付する段階と、 前記シートに模様を形成する段階と、 前記シートを拡張する段階と、 前記シートを焼結する段階と、 を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 21. 請求項20記載の方法であって、前記シートを第2の方向に折曲げる段 階の前に、前記シートに更に模様を形成する段階を備えていることを特徴とする 方法。
