- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体の流れを浄化する方法であって、 濾過材の表面上に吸着し得る形態にて安定した無毒の凝固剤を提供する工程と 、 前記凝固剤を自身の表面上に吸着し得る細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供す る工程と、 前記濾過材のオフライン処理において、多量の凝固剤を濾過材の表面上に吸着 すべく同濾過材を凝固剤で処理する工程と、 コロイド状物質を含有する流体の流れを提供する工程と、 前記濾過材のオンライン・オペレーションにおいて、コロイド状物質を含有す る流体を濾過材に通過させる工程と を含む方法。 2.流体の流れを浄化する方法であって、 濾過材の表面上に吸着し得る形態にて凝固剤を提供する工程と、 前記凝固剤を自身の表面上に吸着し得る細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供す る工程と、前記細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供する工程が、濾過材の表面上 に凝固剤を吸着する能力を増加すべく同濾過材の表面を変更する工程を含むこと と、 前記濾過材のオフライン処理において、変更が加えられた濾過材の表面上に多 量の凝固剤を吸着すべく同濾過材を凝固剤で処理する工程と、 コロイド状物質を含有する流体の流れを提供する工程と、 前記濾過材のオンライン・オペレーションにおいて、コロイド状物質を含有する 流体を濾過材に通過させる工程と を含む方法。 3.前記変更する工程は、 前記濾過材の表面をアクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、スルホン 化プラスチック、ポリウレタン、シラン、イオン交換樹脂及びナイロンからなる グループから選択された物質によって処理する工程を含む請求項2に記載の方法 。 4.前記変更する工程は、 前記濾過材の表面をポリアクリル酸で処理する工程を含む請求項2に記載の方 法。 5.前記変更する工程は、 前記細かく分割された濾過材の表面を同濾過材の表面上に電気的陰性基を結合 する反応体に対して接触させる工程を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 6.前記通過させる工程の後に、 前記濾過材をオンライン・オペレーションから排除する工程と、 前記凝固剤を提供する工程及び濾過材を処理する工程を繰り返し実施する工程 と、 濾過材をオンライン・オペレーションに復帰させる工程と、 前記流体の流れを提供する工程及び通過させる工程を繰り返し実施する工程と を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 7.前記通過させる工程の後に、 前記濾過材をオンライン・オペレーションから排除する工程と、 前記濾過材をオフライン・オペレーションにおいて逆流洗浄する工程と、 前記濾過材をオンライン・オペレーションに復帰させる工程と、 前記流体の流れを提供する工程及び通過させる工程を繰り返し実施する工程と を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 8.前記細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供する工程はアクリル樹脂、エポキシ 樹脂、フェノール樹脂、スルホン化プラスチック、ポリウレタン、シラン、ナイ ロン及びイオン交換樹脂からなるグループから選択された濾過材を提供する工程 を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 9.前記細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供する工程は濾過材としてガラス・ビ ーズを提供する工程を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 10.前記細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供する工程は、二酸化珪素をベース とした材料、ミネラル、炭素をベースとした材料、金属、セラミック、炭素鎖材 料、充填プラスチック及び中空な内部加重されたプラスチックからなるグループ から選択された濾過材を提供する工程を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 11.前記通過させる工程の後に、 前記流体の流れから可溶性不純物を除去する工程を更に含む請求項1または2 に記載の方法。 12.前記凝固剤を提供する工程は、ポリ(ジアリル−ジメチル・アンモニウム ・クロライド)凝固剤と、ポリ[オキシエチレン(ジメチルイミニオ)エチレン (ジメチルイミニオ)エチレン・ジクロライドと、ポリ(2−ヒドロキシ−プロ ピル−N,N−ジメチル・アンモニウム・クロライドと、クオータナイズド・ポ リアミンと、メラミン・ホルムアルデヒド以外のポリアミンとからなるグループ から選択された凝固剤を提供する工程を含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 13.濾過材構成材料を準備する方法であって、 安定した無毒の凝固剤を提供する工程と、 前記凝固剤を自身の表面上に吸着し得る細かく分割された固形濾過材を提供す る工程と、 多量の凝固剤を濾過材の表面上に吸着すべく同濾過材を凝固剤で処理する工程 と、その後、同処理する工程を中止することと、 濾過材構成材料を乾燥する工程と を含む方法。
