Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. −複数のチューブにより形成された壁構造で画定された反応室、およ び前記チューブに熱を付与するために該チューブを通して伝熱媒体を流すための 手段と、 −反応室内部の固体物質の高速流動床と、 −前記反応室を画定する壁構造の外側に反応室に隣接させて配置され、前記反 応室と該反応室を画定する壁構造の壁部を共有している固体物質処理室と、 −処理室内部の固体物質の低速流動床と、 を含んでなり、改良点は、 −反応室を画定する壁構造の共通壁部が、反応室内部の高速流動床から処理室 の中へ固体物質を導入するために少なくとも2つの貫通形成された入口開口を有 し、前記入口開口が壁構造を形成するチューブ間に形成されたこと、 である流動床反応装置。 2. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、 −壁構造がフィンで結合された垂直チューブの連続した第1部分および第2部 分で形成されており、 −共通壁部におけるチューブの前記第1部分は前記共通壁部のなす平面から外 れて反応室から離れる方向へ曲げられて、前記共通壁部のなす平面内に残された チューブの第2部分の間で前記共通壁部に入口開口を形成するようになされてい る流動床反応装置。 3. 請求項2による流動床反応装置であって、チューブの第1部分は共通 壁部のなす平面から外れるように曲げられて処理室の境界壁を形成している流動 床反応装置。 4. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、複数の実質的に平行な垂直 な入口開口が共通壁部に同じ水平レベルで形成されている流動床反応装置。 5. 請求項4による流動床反応装置であって、前記垂直な入口開口の高さ および幅の比が2より大きい流動床反応装置。 6. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、伝熱面が処理室内部の固体 粒子の低速流動床の中に配置された流動床反応装置。 7. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、耐火材の内張りが入口開口 のまわりに備えられた流動床反応装置。 8. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、入口開口が共通壁部の傾斜 部に配置された流動床反応装置。 9. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、処理済みの固体物質を処理 室から反応室へオーバーフローさせて再循環させるために、出口開口が共通壁部 を通して形成された流動床反応装置。 10. 請求項1による流動床反応装置であって、処理済みの固体物質を処理 室から反応室へ再循環させるために、出口開口が共通壁部の最下部を通して形成 された流動床反応装置。 11. 請求項9または請求項10による流動床反応装置であって、処理室か ら反応室への固体物質の再循環を制御するために、制御装置が処理室に配置され た流動床反応装置。 12. 請求項9または請求項10による流動床反応装置であって、処理室か ら反応室への固体物質の再循環を制御するために、制御装置が出口開口に配置さ れた流動床反応装置。 13. 請求項4による流動床反応装置であって、2つの開口の間の距離が開 口の高さと2つの開口の間の距離との比であって2より大きな比で定められるよ うに入口開口が間隔を隔てられた流動床反応装置。 14. 循環式流動床反応室とこの循環式流動床反応室に隣接された処理室と の間の、互いにフィンで連結された実質的に垂直な蒸気発生チューブの第1部分 および第2部分を備えた平面を定めている共通壁部を製造する方法であって、 a) 第1の垂直位置において前記共通壁部のなす平面から外れるように共通 壁部のチューブの前記第1部分を曲げる、 b) 第1の垂直位置より上方の第2の垂直位置において前記共通壁部のなす 平面に復帰するように共通壁部のチューブの前記第1部分を曲げる、 c) 各部分の間の共通壁部のなす平面内の第1垂直位置および第2垂直位置 の上を第2部分が延在するように、各位置の間に距離のある幾つかの水平位置で 段階a)およびb)を実施する、 諸段階を含む製造方法。 15. 請求項14による製造方法であって、前記第2位置及び第1位置との 間の距離と第1部分の幅との比が2より大きくなるように前記第1部分の幅を選 択する段階を含む製造方法。 16. 請求項14による製造方法であって、第1部分および第2部分の両方 ともが少なくとも2つの蒸気発生チューブを含んでいる製造方法。 17. 請求項14による製造方法であって、前記第2位置及び第1位置との 間の距離と第2部分の幅との比が2より大きくなるように前記第2部分の幅を選 択する段階を含む製造方法。
