- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.走査ビームのデジタルX線撮影システムのためのX線検出装置であって、 少なくとも3個の別々のX線検出器を有する検出器アレイを備え、 各X線検出器は検出入力面を含み、上記検出入力面はすべてが1直線に設けら れていず、 別々の上記のX線検出器のそれぞれは、別々のシンチレータ部と光検出器部と を備え、上記シンチレータ部はX線のシンチレータの材料から構成されたX線検 出装置。
