Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エナンチオマー純度が90%より高い(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエ タンアミンベンゾエート。 2.エナンチオマー純度が99%より高い(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエ タンアミンベンゾエート。 3.(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエタンアミンベンゾエート。 4.医薬的に許容される補助剤、希釈剤または担体との混合物中に請求項1〜3 の何れか一項に記載の(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエタンアミンベンゾ エートを含有する医薬処方物。 5.薬剤として使用するための請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)‐α‐ フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエタンアミンベンゾエート。 6.神経変性疾患の治療のための医薬の製造における活性成分としての請求項1 〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエタンアミンベ ンゾエートの使用。 7.患者に請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリ ジンエタンアミンベンゾエートの治療有効量を投与することを包含する神経変性 疾患の治療方法。 8.投与する化合物の用量が所望の化合物の血漿中濃度と正比例する請求項7記 載の治療方法。 9.エナンチオマー純度が90%より高い(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエ タンアミンまたはその塩および安息香酸の混合物の溶液から沈殿させることを包 含する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の(S)‐α‐フェニル‐2‐ピリジンエタ ンアミンベンゾエートの製造方法。
