Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特に女性用のニット洋品で用いるに適合している、ポリエーテルを基と するポリウレタン尿素スパンデックスの乾式紡糸方法において、 メチレン−ビス(4−フェニルイソシアネート)およびトリレンジイソ シアネートから成る群から選択される有機ジイソシアネートを、ポリ(テトラメ チレンエーテル)グリコールとか、或は3−メチルテトラヒドロフランとテトラ ヒドロフランのコポリマーと、キャッピング比を1.65から1.95の範囲に しそして該グリコールまたはコポリマーに1750から2250の範囲の数平均 分子量を持たせて、反応させることにより、2.4から2.9%の範囲のイソシ アネート含有量を示すキャップされたグリコールを生じさせ、 このキャップされたグリコールを、エチレンジアミンと1,2−ジアミ ノプロパン鎖伸長剤の混合物と、この1,2−ジアミノプロパンの量が該ジアミ ン鎖伸長剤混合物の8から17モルパーセントの範囲になるようにして、有機溶 媒の中で反応させることにより、ポリウレタン尿素ポリマーの溶液を生じさせ、 この有機溶媒の中の該ポリマーの濃度が全溶液の32から38重量%の 範囲になるように濃度調整し、 上記溶液の乾式紡糸を行うことでテキスタイルデシテックスを示すフィ ラメントを生じさせ、そして その結果として生じるフィラメントを少なくとも550m/分の速度で 巻き上げる、 ことを含む方法。 2. 該ジイソシアネートがメチレン−ビス(4−フェニルイソシア ネート)であり、これを、数平均分子量が1800から2200のポリ(テトラ メチレンエーテル)グリコールと反応させることで、2.75から2.85%の 範囲のNCO含有量を示す、イソシアネートでキャップされたグリコールを生じ させる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3. 該巻き上げ速度を少なくとも700m/分にする請求の範囲1または2 の方法。 4. 該巻き上げ速度を少なくとも850m/分にする請求の範囲1または2 記載の方法。 5. 紡糸したままのセットが26から32%の範囲でありそして蒸気セット 効率が24から28%の範囲である、請求の範囲1の方法で製造されたスパンデ ックス。 6. ポリ(テトラメチレンエーテル)グリコールを用いこれをメチレン−ビ ス(4−フェニルイソシアネート)でキャップした後、エチレンジアミンと1, 2−ジアミノプロパンのジアミン混合物を用いて鎖伸長させることで誘導したス パンデックスであって、該1,2−ジアミノプロパンのモル濃度が該スパンデッ クスが有する全ジアミン濃度の8から17モルパーセントの範囲であり、上記ス パンデックスが示す破壊伸びが少なくとも450%であり、紡糸したままのセッ トが26から32%の範囲であり、そして蒸気セット効率が24から28%の範 囲であるスパンデックス。
