Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外科的な処置の準備及び支援、特に骨移植の準備及び支援のための装置であ って、手術部位(10)に対して所定のもしくは測定可能な、ある幾何学的な関 係に配置され、数値制御される位置決め装置(2)を有し、少くとも、外科用器 具、組織もしくは骨を加工するための加工用工具(16)又は移植片(14)の ための保持部(18)が、位置決め装置(2)に対して着脱可能であり、手術部 位(10)に対し移動可能とされたことを特徴とする装置。 2.保持部(18)が位置決め装置(2)に結合可能とされ、保持部(18)上 に移植片(14)が取外し自在に固定されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の装置。 3.手術部位(10)のある静止基準系に対する座標を測定するための測定装置 を備えたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の装置。 4.保持部(18)が選択的に、位置決め装置(2)に結合可能とされるか、又 は、基準系(6)に対して静止された固定用装置(22)に着脱可能とされたこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか1項記載の装置。 5.手術部位(10)に対する所定のもしくは予測可 能なある幾何学的関係に固定用装置(22)を配設することをを特徴とする請求 の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 6.位置決め装置(2)を制御するメモリ付きデータ処理装置(20)を有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 7.手術部位(10)の3次元構造像のためのデータ組がデータ処理装置(20 )の前記メモリ中に記憶されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 8.計画された切骨線の3次元の像のためのデータ組がデータ処理装置(20) の前記メモリ中に記憶されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項又は第7項に記 載の装置。 9.位置決め装置(2)が複数の運動自由度を持つことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1〜8項のいずれか1項記載の装置。 10.位置決め装置(2)が少くとも1つのマニピュレータアーム(4)を持つ ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 11.マニピュレータアーム(4)の一自由端の近傍に配された受入れ部(12 )を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 12.位置決め装置(2)に結合された加工用工具(16)をモータ駆動可能と したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 13.加工用工具(16)が、切削工具、フライス工具又は穿孔工具であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第12項記載の装置。 14.移植片のための保持部(18)が骨接合板の形状とされたことを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1〜12項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 15.外科的な処置の準備及び支援、特に骨移植及び体内移植切骨(Umstellung sosteotomie)の準備及び支援のための方法において、手術に先立って、所定の 手術部位(10)の領域内において個々の解剖学的形態を求め、その際に求めら れた形態上のデータは、処置の計画及び/又はシミュレーションのための、並び に少くとも1つの位置決め装置(2)の数値制御のための、基礎として処理ない し用意されることと、少くとも、外科用器具、組織もしくは骨を加工するための 加工用工具(16)又は移植片(14)のための保持部(18)が、該位置決め 装置(2)に対して着脱可能であり、また手術部位(10)に対して移動可能と されることを特徴とする方法。 16.前記形態データを非侵入的方法によって測定することを特徴とする請求の 範囲第15項記載の装置。 17.前記形態データを、コンピュータ断層撮影、核磁気共鳴、レントゲン、超 音波及び/又はホログラフィ検査によって求めることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 15項又は第16項に記載の方法。 18.前記形態データを手術部位(10)の交互に配された一連の断面写真によ って求めることを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項又は第17項に記載の装置。 19.得られた形態データが手術部位(10)の3次元の像を作成することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第15〜18項のいずれかに記載の方法。 20.前記像を切骨線の計画の基礎とすることを特徴とする請求の範囲第19項 記載の方法。 21.切骨線の座標を位置決め装置(2)の制御命令に取入れることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第19項又は第20項に記載の方法。
