Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.器官、器官部分等のような組織を分離する内視鏡による切断装置であって、 −その切断装置の遠位端において装着され、かつ切断刃を有する切断工具と、 −該切断工具を操作するため使用されかつその切断装置の近位端において装着 される操作ユニットと、 を具備する装置において、 該切断刃(4)は、長さが変更自在である縦方向ユニット(6)に対してほぼ 平行に配設されていることを特徴とする切断装置。 2.該切断刃(4)が直線状に構成されており、 該縦方向ユニットが該切断刃の両側で配設される2つの弾性バンド(6)を有 し、かつ それらのバンドは、遠位側でその装置において固定されかつ近位側で該操作部 材(9)と結合される押し棒(5)において装着されるので、該操作ユニットの 操作によりその長さがが変更自在であり、該両バンドは、 −該弛めた状態ではそれらのバンドが該切断刃の上に湾曲部を形成し、その湾 曲部を該切断される器官あるいは器官部分上へ置くことができ、 −該緊張状態ではそれらのバンドが該切断刃に対して下部でかつ平行に伸びる ので、該切断すべき組織は、該切断刃に対して押圧されかつ分離されることを特 徴とする請求項1による切断装置。 3.該切断刃は、操作装置(9)を用いて縦方向に移動自在であることを特徴と する請求項1または2による切断装置。 4.該縦方向ユニットは、形状記憶作用を有する材料からなることを特徴とする 請求項1または3による切断装置。 5.該縦方向ユニットは、ニッケル・チタン合金からなりかつ矩形横断面大きさ 2×0.7mmのバンド形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項4による切断装置 。 6.該切断刃は、該縦方向ユニットが緊張している間該切断すべき器官あるいは 器官部分に対して可動であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に よる切断装置。
