Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.決定された波長について、測定システムの事前の較正および単位値の決定 の後、光学活性物質および測定光線振幅の変化を電気信号の変化に変換するアナ ライザーを通過した後の変調楕円率を有する測定光線の偏光状態を調和分析の手 段により確認する光学活性物質の透過率、円偏光ダイクロイズムおよび旋光の測 定方法であって、測定光学活性物質の透過率、円偏光ダイクロイズムおよび旋光 に対応するゼロ調和成分、第一調和成分および第二調和成分に分け、第一調和成 分の周波数を変調周波数に対応させ、そしてこの方法により決定された調和成分 の振幅を較正により得られた個々の単位値と比較することを特徴とする方法。 2.参照光線(5)を測定光線(4)と同じに較正および変調し、参照光線( 5)の振幅の変化を測定光線(4)振幅の対応する変化の変換と共に交互に電気 信号の変化に変換し、両光線、すなわち測定光線(4)および参照光線(5)の 交替の周波数が変調周波数より少なくとも10x小さいことを特徴とする、参照 光線として第二光線を形成する二重光線装置を用いた請求の範囲第1項記載の測 定方法。 3.既知波長の光線の光源、直線偏光器、変調電圧の発生器に接続された楕円 率の変調器、測定試料、アナライザーおよびそのアウトレットに少なくとも2個 の狭域増幅器が接続された電磁放射線の検出器により構成された、請求の範囲第 2項記載の方法を実施するためのダイクログラフであって、直線偏光器(2)の 後に入射光線(100)中に光線の方向スイッチ(3)が配置され、その後に2 個の光線、すなわち測定光線(4)および参照光線(5)が形成され、測定光線 (4)の光路内にさらに測定光線(4)の楕円率変調器(64)が配置され、こ れは変調電圧の発生器(17)および測定アナライザー(8)に接続され、ここ で測定アナライザーの光学軸(80)が直線偏光器(2)の光学軸(20)に対 して角度45に向けられ、これらの間に測定試料(7)たとえばキュベットが配 置され、参照光線(5)の光路内にさらに参照光線(5)の楕円率変調器(65 )が配置され、その光学軸(60)が直線偏光器(2)の光学軸(20)に対し て角度45°に向けられ、上記参照光線(5)の光路内にさらに少なくとも参照 アナライザー(10)が配置され、その光学軸(101)は直線偏光器(2)の 光学軸(20)に対して角度45°±単位角度(α)で向けられ、測定光線(4 )および参照光線(5)の光路内にさらにこれらの光線を電磁放射線の相互検出 器(13)に向けるための光学要素、有利にはミラー(11、12)が配置され 、相互検出器のアウトレットには三組の狭域増幅器、すなわちAC増幅器(14 )、楕円率変調器(64、65)の周波数に対応する作動周波数を有する第一狭 域増幅器(15)および楕円率変調器(64、65)の2倍の周波数に対応する 作動周波数を有する第二狭域増幅器(16)が接続され、さらに測定光線(4) および参照光線(5)の光路内に光線断続器(30)が配置されていることを特 徴とするダイクログラフ。 4.単位角度(α)が±0.1°〜±40°の値を有することを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項記載のダイクログラフ。 5.光線断続器(30)が入射光線(100)のスイッチ(3)の一部を構成 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項または第4項記載のダイクログラフ。 6.測定光線(4)の楕円率変調器(64)および参照光線(5)の楕円率変 調器(65)が相互楕円率変調器(6)として構成されていることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第3〜5項の何れか1項記載のダイクログラフ。 7.入射光線(100)の光源(1)かモノクロメーターによって構成されて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3〜6項の何れか1項記載のダイクログラフ 。
