Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気的システムと、 電流によって動作するデバイスと、 前記電気的システムに与えられる電圧が第1レベルを下回ったときに、前記電 気的システムを動作停止にさせる機能を与える、前記電気的システムに接続され た手段と、 前記電流によって動作するデバイスの動作中に、前記電気的システムに与えら れる電圧が、前記第1レベルより大きい第2レベルを常に上回るように、前記電 流によって動作するデバイスの電流を制御する機能を与える、前記電気的システ ムに接続された手段とを有することを特徴とする電気の管理装置。 2.前記電流によって動作するデバイスの動作中に、前記電気的システムに与え られる電圧が、前記第2レベルより大きい第3レベルを常に下回るように、前記 電流によって動作するデバイスの電流を制御する機能を与える、前記電気的シス テムに接続された手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記電流によって動作するデバイスが電気モータであることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の装置。 4.前記電気モータがディスクドライブモータであることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載の装置。 5.前記電流によって動作するデバイスの電流を制御するべく前記電気的システ ムに接続された手段が、マイクロプ ロセッサを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 6.前記電気的システムがバッテリーを電源とすることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の装置。 7.電気的システムと、 ディスクドライブモータと、 前記電気的システムにバッテリーから与えられる電圧が第1レベルを下回った ときに、前記電気的システムを動作停止にさせる機能を与える、前記電気的シス テムに接続された手段と、 前記モータの起動時において、前記電気的システムにバッテリーから与えられ る電圧が、前記第1レベルより大きい第2レベルを常に上回るように、前記モー タの電流を制御する機能を与える、前記電気的システムに接続された手段とを有 することを特徴とするバッテリーを電源とするコンピュータに使用される電気の 管理装置。 8.前記モータの起動時において、前記電気的システムにバッテリーから与えら れる電圧が、前記第2レベルより大きい第3レベルを常に下回るように、前記モ ータの電流を制御する機能を与える、前記電気的システムに接続された手段を更 に有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
