Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.充填剤ペーストA)において、 a1)1つまたは複数のポリウレタン樹脂5〜50重量%、有利に30〜45 重量%、 a2)1つまたは複数のアミノプラスト樹脂および/または1つまたは複数の ブロックトポリイソシアネート0〜30重量%、 a3)1つまたは複数のa1)と異なる物理的に乾燥性の結合剤0〜50重量 %、有利に0〜10重量%、 a4)1つまたは複数の充填剤および/またはエキステンダー5〜35重量% 、 a5)着色顔料および/または効果顔料0〜15重量%、 a6)1つまたは複数のレオロジー助剤0〜5重量%および a7)有機溶剤20〜60重量% を含有する充填剤ペーストA)であり、この場合成分a1)からa7)までの 合計がそのつど100重量%であることを特徴とする充填剤ペーストA)。 2.金属支持体およびプラスチック支持体を被覆する基礎ラッカーB)において 、基礎ラッカーB)が請求の範囲1記載の充填剤ペーストA)10〜70重量% 、および1つまたは複数の結合剤、場合によっ てはレオロジー助剤、着色顔料および/または効果顔料および有機溶剤を含有す る常用の基礎ラッカー組成物 C)90〜30重量%を含有し、この場合基礎ラッカーB)の全重量が100重 量%であることを特徴とする、金属支持体およびプラスチック支持体を被覆する 基礎ラッカーB)。 3.プラスチック支持体を直接塗装する方法において、支持体上に直接、請求の 範囲2に記載の充填剤A)を含有する基礎ラッカーB)を塗布し、短い中間空気 暴露の後に充填剤ペースト不含の基礎ラッカーを塗布し、短い空気暴露後にクリ ヤラッカーを上塗りし、引続き一緒に加熱下に硬化させることを特徴とする、プ ラスチック支持体を直接塗装する方法。 4.金属支持体を直接塗装する方法において、金属支持体上に直接、請求の範囲 2に記載の充填剤ペーストA)を含有する基礎ラッカーB)を塗布し、短い中間 空気暴露の後に充填剤ペースト不含の基礎ラッカーを塗布し、短い空気暴露後に クリヤラッカーを上塗りし、引続き一緒に加熱下に硬化させることを特徴とする 、金属支持体を直接塗装する方法。 5.電着塗装によって下塗りされた金属支持体を塗装する方法において、電着塗 装法により下塗りされた金属支持体上に、請求の範囲2により充填剤ペーストA )を含有する基礎ラッカーB)を塗布し、短い 中間空気暴露後に充填剤ペースト不含の基礎ラッカーを塗布し、短い空気暴露後 にクリヤラッカーを上塗りし、引続き一緒に加熱下に硬化させることを特徴とす る、電着塗装により下塗りされた金属支持体を塗装する方法。
