Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.使用する担持物が、ベースの担体の脂肪族ヒドロキシル基にグラフトしてお り、かつ、該ベースの担体に末端モノマー単位によって共有結合している、水溶 性ビニルモノマーの線状ポリマーからなることを特徴とする、ゲル浸透クロマト グラフィ手段による混合物中の2つ以上の物質を分離する方法。 2.脂肪族ヒドロキシル基を含むベースの担体上に共有結合している水溶性ビニ ルモノマーの線状ポリマーがグラフトしており、該ポリマーは末端モノマー単位 によってベースの担体に共有結合している、該ベースの担体からなるゲル浸透ク ロマトグラフィのための担持物の使用。 3.ヒドロキシルを含有するベースの担体表面上にポリマーが共有結合している 該ベースの担体を基礎とする、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィのための担持体であっ て、以下: a)該ベースの担体は脂肪族ヒドロキシル基を含み、 b)該共有結合しているポリマーは末端モノマー単位によって該担体に結合し ており、 c)該ポリマーは式Iのモノマー単位からなり、 d)該モノマー単位は線状に連結しており、 [但し上式中、R1、R2及びR3は互いに独立にH又はCH3であり、 Xは複素環式ラジカルであるか、又は式II のラジカル、又は式III のラジカルであり、 R4は単一又は重複してヒドロキシル化したC2−C7−アルキルラジカルであり 、該ラジカル中1個以上の非隣接CH2基は−O−によって置き換えることがで き、 R5及びR6は互いに独立に各々が単一又は重複してヒドロキシル化したC2−C7 −アルキルラジカルであって、該ラジカル中1個以上の非隣接CH2基は−O− によって置き換えることができ、R5又はR6の2つのラジカルのうちの1つはH であることもできる。] を特徴とする前記担持物。 4.ヒドロキシルを含有するベースの担体表面上にポ リマーがグラフト重合によって共有結合している、該ベースの担体を基礎とする 担持物の製造方法であって、該ヒドロキシルを含有するベースの担体粒子を式IV [但し、上式中、R1、R2及びR3は互いに独立にH又はCH3であり、 Yは複素環式ラジカルであるか、又は式V のラジカルであるか、又は式VI のラジカルであり、 R7はヒドロキシル基のための1個以上の前駆基を含むC2−C7−アルキルラジ カルであり、該ラジカル中1個以上の非隣接CH2基は−O−によって置き換え ることができ、 R8及びR9は互いに独立に各々がヒドロキシル基のための1個以上の前駆基を含 むC2−C7−アルキルラジカルであり、該ラジカル中1個以上の非隣接CH2基 は−O−によって置き換えることができ、R8及びR9の2つのラジカルのうちの 1つはHであること もでき、 そして、もし必要なら、前駆化合物はヒドロキシル基に転換される。] のモノマーからなる溶液中において、セリウム(IV)イオンの存在下で懸濁及び 重合させることを特徴とする、前記担持物の製造方法。 5.前記式IVの異なるモノマーを共重合させる請求項4に記載の製造方法。
