Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 粒子の大きさおよび形状を制御でき、容易に取り扱うことができ、かつ 、容易に流動化する結晶形状にある、4−ヒドロキシ−α1−[[6−(4−フ ェニルブトキシ)ヘキシル]アミノ]メチル]−1,3−ベンゼンジメタノール (サルメテロール),1−ヒドロキシ−2−ナフタレンカルボキシレート(キシ ナフォエート)。 2. 動的バルク密度が0.1g/cm3未満である、請求項1に記載のサル メテロールキシナフォエート。 3. 動的バルク密度が0.01〜0.075g/cm3である、請求項1ま たは2に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 4. 粒子の大きさが1〜10ミクロンの範囲にある、請求項1〜3のいずれ か一項に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 5. 均一係数が1〜20である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のサル メテロールキシナフォエート。 6. 吸入可能な小部分が少なくとも14重量%である、請求項1〜5のいず れか一項に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 7. 吸入可能な小部分が15〜30重量%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか 一項に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 8. 0〜20%の凝集性を有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載 のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 9. 0〜5%の凝集性を有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の サルメテロールキシナフォエート。 10. 差動スキャン熱量測定における一回の吸熱反応が約123.5℃で起 こることを特徴とする純粋なポリモルフIの形をなしている、請求項1〜9のい ずれか一項に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 11. 差動スキャン熱量測定における一回の吸熱反応が約135.8℃で起 こることを特徴とする純粋なポリモルフ11の形をなしている、請求項1〜9の いずれか一項に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエート。 12. 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のサルメテロールキシナフォエ ートと薬学的に受容可能なキャリアとを含んでなる医薬組成物。 13. 前記キャリアが二酸化シリコンまたはヒドロキシプロピルセルロース である、請求項12に記載の医薬組成物。 14. 前記キャリアがラクトースである、請求項12に記載の医薬組成物。 15. 吸入に適した乾燥粉末形状である、請求項14に記載の医薬組成物。 16. サルメテロールキシナフォエートとキャリアとを含んでなる多成分粒 子の形をなしている、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
