Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一緒に1つのフレームを形成する頂部ノズル、底部ノズル、スペーサ、 および案内管、および、該フレーム内に実質的に正方形の格子状に配置される、 円筒形の燃料ペレットを詰められる被覆を有する燃料棒を備える、加圧水型原子 炉(PWR)で使用される燃料要素において、該案内管が前記フレーム内に装架 される前に、2つの段階、すなわち、該管が仕上り寸法になっている状態で、ま たは管の主要部分が仕上り寸法になっているときに行われるベータ急冷で成る第 1段階と、840℃以下のアルファ相温度範囲の少なくとも1つの熱処理で成る 第2段階とで、最終的に熱処理されることを特徴とする燃料要素。 2. 前記アルファ相範囲の熱処理が、所要の熱処理温度まで温度を緩慢に上 昇させるごとくして行われるか、あるいはまた、該熱処理が最初に600℃以下 のより低い温度で、それから840℃以下のより高い温度で行われることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の燃料要素。 3. 前記アルファ相範囲の熱処理が600から800℃で行われることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の燃料要素。 4. 前記ベータ急冷が、前記管の一部分だけを相変態させるようにして行わ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項、または第3項に記載の燃料要 素。 5. 該燃料要素の燃料棒が被覆を有し、この被覆を完成させるための最終熱 処理がアルファ相範囲だけで行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項、第2 項、第3項、または第4項に記載の燃料要素。 6. 案内管のある回数の冷間圧延段階とこれらの間に行われる中間熱処理作 業、最終熱処理、および該管の直径の完成を含む、加圧水型原子炉(PWR)の 燃料要素に備えられる案内管を製造する方法において、該案内管が、2つの段階 、すなわち、該管が仕上り寸法になっている状態で、または管の主要部分が仕上 り寸法になっているときに行われるベータ急冷で成る第1段階と、840℃以下 のアルファ相温度範囲の熱処理で成る第2段階とで、最終的に熱処理されること を特徴とする案内管を製造する方法。 7. 前記アルファ相範囲の熱処理が、所要の熱処理温度まで温度を緩慢に上 昇させるごとくして行われるか、あるいはまた、該熱処理が最初により低い温度 で、それからより高い温度で行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載 の方法。 8. 前記アルファ相範囲の熱処理が600から800℃で行われることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第6項または第7項に記載の方法。 9. 前記ベータ急冷が、前記管の一部分だけを相変態させるようにして行わ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項、第7項、または第8項に記載の方法。
