Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オルガノシロキサンもしくはポリオルガノシロキサンの製造のための触媒に おいて、 窒化塩化燐を一般式: [R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O (I) 〔式中、Rは相互に無関係に同じであるか又は異なり、不飽和及び/又は飽和 の、炭素原子1〜6個を有する一価炭化水素又は水素原子を表わすが、但し、珪 素原子1個につき水素原子1個のみが結合されており、mは0〜1000の値を 表わす〕で示される化合物と反応させることによって得られることを特徴とする 、オルガノシロキサンもしくはポリオルガノシロキサンの製造のための触媒。 2.反応中に形成される、易揮発性の、塩素含有珪素化合物が完全もしくは部分 的に分離されている、請求項1記載の触媒。 3.触媒の塩素含量が、反応中に形成される、易揮発性の、塩素含有珪素化合物 の分離によって調整されている、請求項2記載の触媒。 4.塩素含量が、窒化塩化燐中の塩素の使用量に対して1〜95重量%減少され ている、請求項2記載の触媒。 5.塩素含量が、窒化塩化燐中の塩素の使用量に対 して10〜60重量%減少されている、請求項4記載の触媒。 6.使用される一般式(I)の化合物中のジアルキルシロキシ単位に対するトリ アルキルシロキシ単位の比率が、粘度500〜10000mPasのトリアルキ ルシロキシ末端基を有するポリジオルガノシロキサンの比率に相応する、請求項 1記載の触媒。 7.一般式(I): [R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O (I) 〔式中、mは0を表わす〕で示される化合物を製造する方法において、トリオ ルガノハロゲンシランとオルト燐酸の等量を反応させ、この場合、オルト燐酸中 に含有されている水をトリオルガノハロゲンシランの等量と結合させることを特 徴とする、一般式(I):[R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O ( I) 〔式中、mは0を表わす〕で示される化合物の製法。 8.トリオルガノハロゲンシランとしてトリメチルクロロシランを使用する、請 求項7記載の方法。 9.トリオルガノハロゲンシランとしてジメチルビニルクロロシランを使用する 、請求項7記載の方法。 10.一般式(I): [R3SiO(R2SiO)m]3P=O (I) 〔式中、mは3〜1000を表わす〕で示される化合物を製造する方法におい て、mがOである一般式(I)のトリス(トリオルガノシロキシポリオルガノシ ロキシアニル)ホスフェートを一般式: (R2SiO)q (II) 〔式中、Rは請求項1に記載の意味を有し、qは3〜12の値を表わす〕で示 されるオルガノシクロシロキサン1個もしくはそれ以上と、モル比1:1〜50 0:1で反応させることを特徴とする、一般式(I):[R3SiO(R2SiO )m]3P=O (I) 〔式中、mは3〜1000を表わす〕で示される化合物の製法。 11.触媒が、縮合可能な官能基を有していてはならないオルガノシロキサンもし くはポリオルガノシロキサンとともに使用される前に使用濃度に調整されている 、請求項1記載の触媒。 12.オルガノシロキサンもしくはポリオルガノシロキサンの製造への請求項1記 載の触媒の使用において、オルガノシロキサンもしくはポリオルガノシロキサン が、一般式: R1 a(R2O)bSiO(4-a-b)/2 (III) 〔式中、R1は同じであるか又は異なり、不飽和及び/又は飽和の、置換及び /又は未置換の炭素原子1〜30個を有する一価炭化水素又は水素原子を表わす が、但し、珪素原子1個につき水素原子1個のみが結合されており、R2は水素 原子又はR1を表わし、(a+b)は1より大きな整数又は分数を表わし、この 場合、珪素原子1分子につき少なくとも1個の酸素原子が結合している〕で示さ れる珪素化合物1個もしくはそれ以上の縮合及び/又は平衡化によって製造され ていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の触媒の使用。 13.触媒がそれぞれの場合に使用された珪素化合物の重量に対して1重量ppm 〜1重量%の量で使用されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載 の触媒。
