Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.微分散された顔料と合成ポリマー化合物系バインダー並びに、所望により 、通常の添加物を含有する、紙印刷、特にフレキソ印刷および/または凹板印刷 用の水性印刷インクであって、 (1)微分散された水性塩基性の非溶解性エマルション(コ)ポリマー(成分1 )、並びにそれと密に混合する (2)(1)よりも分子量の低い水性塩基性の溶解性および/または分散性(コ )ポリマー化合物(成分2) の選ばれたポリマー混合物が、前記のインクで印刷された故紙を伴う浮遊選別法 でも、脱インク性を改良するためのバインダーとして存在し、上記ポリマー成分 が、以下のようなガラス転移温度(Tg)を特徴とする印刷インク:Tg(1) は、0℃と等しいかまたはそれ以下であり、Tg(2)は、0℃と等しいかまた はそれより高い。 2.成分(1)のTgが、−10℃と等しいかまたはそれ以下、好ましくは− 20℃と等しいかまたはそれ以下、特に−25〜−30℃の範囲またはそれ以下 である請求項1に記載の印刷インク。 3.成分(2)のTgが、室温と等しいかまたはそれ以下、好ましくは少なく とも35℃、特に40℃またはそれ以上の範囲である請求項1または2に記載の 印刷インク。 4.ポリマーバインダー組成が、成分(1)と成分(2)との混合比9:1〜 1:2、好ましくは約4:1〜1:1.5で成分(1)および(2)を含有し、 3:1〜1:1の混合比が特に好ましい請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の印 刷インク。 5.成分(2)の平均分子量(数平均Mn)が500〜20,000の範囲、好 ましくは1,000〜6,000の範囲である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載 の印刷インク。 6.ポリマーバインダー組成が、場合により、更なる割合の成分(2)を加え た非水溶性ポリマー(1)を与えるために、エマルション安定化成分(2)を添 加して行うエマルション(共)重合の反応生成物である請求項1ないし5のいず れかに記載の印刷インク。 7.エマルション(コ)ポリマー(1)の平均分子量(数平均Mn)が約104 〜106の範囲、特に5×104〜5×105の範囲である請求項1ないし6のい ずれかに記載の印刷インク。 8.ポリマーバインダー組成と顔料、特にカーボンブラックの含有量が、調整 された印刷水性インク基準で、それぞれ約5〜25重量%であり、残りが水と少 量の通常の添加物から成る請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の印刷インク。 9.水性塩基性の非溶解性エマルション(コ)ポリマー(1)が、構成モノマ ーとして、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは少なくとも主に、3〜15個の炭素 原子、好ましくは4〜10個の炭素原子を含有する直鎖および/または分枝鎖の アルコールを有するオレフィン系不飽和低級カルボン酸のエステルから成る請求 項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の印刷インク。 10.成分(2)が、好ましくは低級オレフィン系不飽和カルボン酸に加えて 、構成モノマーとしてスチレン、スチレン誘導体および/または低級オレフィン 系不飽和酸の低級エステルから成る請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の印刷イ ンク。 11.浮遊選別法でも容易に脱インクできる印刷された故紙を与えるであろう 微分散された顔料(特にカーボンブラック)を含有する水性印刷インク用のバイ ンダーとしての、 (1)微分散された水性塩基性の非溶解性エマルション(コ)ポリマー(成分1 )、並びにそれと密に混合する (2)(1)よりも分子量の低い水性塩基性の溶解性および/または分散性(コ )ポリマー化合物(成分2) の選ばれたポリマーの使用であって、以下の成分(1)および(2)のガラス転 移温度(Tg)を示すポリマーの使用:Tg(1)は、0℃と等しいかまたはそ れ以下であり、Tg(2)は、0℃と等しいかまたはそれより高く、好ましくは 少なくとも室温である。 12.分散性成分(1)を水溶性成分(2)の少なくとも一部の存在下で調製 した水性アニオン性アクリル樹脂類のバインダーを使用する請求項11に記載の 使用。 13.(コ)ポリマー成分(1)のTgが−10℃またはそれ以下、好ましく は−25℃またはそれ以下であるバインダー組成を使用する請求項11または1 2に記載の使用。 14.成分(2)のTgが35℃以上、例えば40〜150℃の範囲であるバ インダー組成を使用する請求項11ないし13のいずれかに記載の使用。
