Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.相互に回転可能な内側および外側回り継手部材(2,3;45,46)から 成り、前記回り継手部材は当該回り継手部材間の界面にある1つ以上の対応する 環状空間(7−9)を通じて互いに連通するそれぞれの内部流体路(それぞれ1 2,13,−15)を有し、更に、前記環状空間または空間群(7−9)の各々 の各側において、前記回り継手部材の一方(3;46)には、密封手段(18, 19;49,51)が設けられた半径方向に移動可能なリング素子(17;47 )を受容する周辺リング溝(16;48)が設けられている回り継手用密封構成 であって、前記密封手段は、他方の回り継手部材(2;45)に対する静的密封 、および前記リング素子(17;47)と前記周辺リング溝(16;48)の側 壁との間の動的密封を得るように構成されることにより、前記第1回り継手部材 (3;46)は、前記リング素子(17;47)を除いて、前記他方の回り継手 部材(2;45)に対して回転可能であり、前記密封手段(18,19;49, 51)は、それが密封すべき流体よりも高い圧力を有するバリア液体によって油 圧で作動するように構成され、前記第1回り継手部材(3;46)には、前記バ リア液体用供給チャネル(20;50)が設けられていることを特徴とする密封 構成。 2.請求項1記載の構成において、前記供給チャネル(20;50)は、前記第 1回り継手部材(3;46)内の 各周辺溝(16;48)に接続し、前記周辺溝(16;48)の底面積および対 象となるリング素子(17;47)によって範囲を決められ、かつ前記リング素 子の密封手段(18,19;49,51)と連通する緩衝体積に流入することを 特徴とする構成。 3.請求項1または2記載の構成において、前記第1回り継手部材(3;46) は内側回り継手部材であり、前記リング素子(17;47)は前記第1回り継手 部材(3;46)の残りの部分よりも大きな外径を有し、前記リング素子の外径 は前記外側回り継手部材(2;45)の内径に本質的に対応することを特徴とす る構成。 4.請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の構成において、前記静的密封手段( 18)は、前記回り継手(1)に沿って軸方向に向けられた脚部(37)を有す るU字状縁密封部(35)から成り、外側の脚部は、前記バリア液体の影響の下 で押圧され、前記外側回り継手部材(2)と摩擦により固定係合されることを特 徴とする構成。 5.請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の構成において、前記動的密封手段( 19)は、前記リング素子(17)の各側の前記第1回り継手部材(3)内の各 リング溝(39)に配され、かつ半径方向に向けられた脚部(40)を有する、 1対のエラストマ製U字型縁密封部(38)から成り、該脚部は、前記バリア液 体の影響の下で押圧され、前記リング素子(17)および前記リング溝(39) のそれぞれ に対して動的に密封することを特徴とする構成。 6.請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の構成において、前記動的密封手段は 、前記リング素子(47)の各側の前記第1回り継手部材(46)内にあるリン グ溝(52)内に密封状に配された1対の密封素子(51)から成り、前記リン グ溝(52)の底部は前記バリア液体用供給チャネル(50)に接続され、更に 、前記リング溝の底部には機械的ばね(53)も配され、該ばねは、前記バリア 液体からの圧力に加えて、前記密封素子(51)に作用することを特徴とする構 成。 7.請求項6記載の構成において、前記密封素子(51)は、前記リング溝(6 2)に配されたO−リング(64)による作用を受けかつこれに保持され、前記 ばね(53)からの力、前記O−リング(54)の直径および前記リング素子( 47)に対する前記密封素子(51)の当接面の直径を相互に適合させることに より、前記密封素子(51)が前記当接面に対Lて押圧する所望の大きさの不均 衡力が得られることを特徴とする構成。 8.前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載の構成において、前記環状空間または各環 状空間(16)は、前記他方の回り継手部材(2)内のリングチャネル(それぞ れ7,それぞれ8,9)、前記第1回り継手部材(3)内おいて横方向に位置す るリング素子(17)、および前記リング素子(17)間の前記第1回り継手部 材(3)の表面部分によ って規定されることを特徴とする構成。
