In such a heat storage device, a refrigerator is usually used together during daytime operation, but the heat storage is performed so that the cold heat stored at night is used up by the end of the daytime air conditioning time on the next day. The cooling heat supply ratio by the tank and the refrigerator is controlled in accordance with the fluctuation of the cooling load. This is because if the cold energy stored before the end of the air conditioning time is exhausted, or if the cold energy remains at the end of the air conditioning time, it will attempt to perform air conditioning at low cost by using inexpensive nighttime electricity. This is because the heat storage device is not effectively used.

Further, the operation of the refrigerator 2 is controlled by the computer 15 so that the cold heat in the ice heat storage tank 1 can be used up exactly at the end of the air conditioning time. That is, the sensor 16 measures the amount of remaining cold heat in the ice heat storage tank 1, and predicts the cooling load from the change condition of the cooling load until the end of the air conditioning time,
Based on these, the supply ratio of cold heat by the refrigerator 2 and the ice heat storage tank 1 is calculated, and the refrigerator 1 is operated.

However, such a conventional control method requires a sensor 16 for measuring the amount of cold energy remaining in the ice storage tank 1 and a computer 15 for controlling the operation of the refrigerator 2. Although the device is complicated and the cost is increased, the control itself is performed based on the prediction, so that there is an inconvenience that it is not possible to appropriately cope with a sudden change in the weather. Moreover,
In the outflow temperature control by the electric three-way valve 12 at the time of daytime deicing, if the antifreeze temperature is adjusted to 7 ° C. as described above, the temperature difference from the antifreeze temperature 9 ° C. directly flowing from the refrigerator 2 is slightly increased. Since it is 2 ° C, it is very difficult to control so that the cold heat is completely used up at the end of the air conditioning time while performing such delicate temperature adjustment, and it is surely performed in view of the controllability of the electric valve. Is difficult.

According to the present invention, the heat storage agent in the heat storage body installed inside solidifies and solidifies the heat storage agent.
A heat storage tank that stores and releases cold heat by melting, a refrigerator that cools an antifreeze liquid, an air conditioning load that obtains cold air by exchanging heat between the antifreeze liquid and air, the refrigerator, the heat storage tank, and the air conditioning load A pump that circulates the antifreeze liquid between the two, a bypass pipe that allows the antifreeze liquid supplied to the heat storage tank to be bypassed, and a daytime operation in which the cold heat in the heat storage tank stored at night is released to perform cooling. A method of controlling a heat storage device having flow control means for adjusting the flow rate of each of the heat storage tank and the bypass pipe in order to adjust the temperature of the antifreeze flowing into an air conditioning load, during daytime operation,
It is characterized in that the flow rate control means is operated in accordance with a predetermined flow rate pattern preset in the storage means, and the refrigerator is operated so as to maintain the temperature of the antifreeze liquid flowing into the heat storage tank at a predetermined value. This is achieved by providing a method of controlling a heat storage device.

[Function] The temperature of the antifreezing liquid flowing out from the heat storage tank during daytime operation is the melting point of the heat storage agent (for example, approximately 0 ° C. when the heat storage agent is water).
If the temperature of the antifreezing liquid flowing into the heat storage tank is kept constant, the amount of cold heat supplied from the heat storage tank can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the flow rate of the heat storage tank. Therefore, a storage means such as a timer for presetting a flow rate pattern during the air conditioning time so that the cold heat stored in the heat storage tank at night is completely used up at the end of the air conditioning time, and operating the flow rate control means such as the electric two-way valve. This flow pattern is stored in, the flow control means is operated accordingly, and the refrigerator is automatically operated so as to keep the temperature of the antifreeze liquid flowing into the heat storage tank at a predetermined value, so that the stored cold heat is stored according to the flow pattern. It can be consumed and almost consumed at the end of the air conditioning time. In addition,
The shortage of cooling load that is not supplied by the heat storage tank will be supplemented at any time by the automatic operation of the refrigerator as described above,
It is also possible to cope with fluctuations in the cooling load. Therefore, a control means such as a computer or a measuring means such as a residual ice amount sensor for controlling the stored cold heat to be used up just after the air conditioning time is finished is unnecessary.

Furthermore, if the flow rate pattern is set according to the fluctuation of the cooling load, the maximum amount of cold heat that the refrigerator bears can be reduced. Further, if the flow rate pattern is corrected according to the fluctuation of the outflow temperature of the heat storage tank during the daytime operation, the stored cold heat can be used up more accurately.

The semi-fixed valve 10 is adjusted and fixed to a predetermined opening degree, and gives a predetermined resistance to the antifreeze liquid passing through the pipe L6. During the flow rate control of the electric two-way valve described later, the flow rates Q 1 and Q 2 are appropriately distributed by this resistance. The same parts as those in the conventional configuration described in FIGS. 6 and 7 are designated by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

On the other hand, at the time of defrosting in the daytime, as shown in FIG. 1, the brine pump 5 is operated to operate the air conditioning load 4, the refrigerator 2 and the ice, as in the conventional type heat storage device shown in FIG. The antifreeze liquid is circulated between the heat storage tanks 1. In the spring and autumn when the cooling load is low, the refrigerator 2 may be stopped and the cooling may be performed only by the cold heat supplied from the ice heat storage tank 1. However, in the summer when the cooling load is high, the refrigerator 2 is normally operated. Used together.

At this time, the amount of cold heat supplied by the ice heat storage tank 1 is adjusted so that the cold heat stored in the ice heat storage tank 1 during nighttime ice making is almost used up at the end of the air conditioning time. As shown by the load curve in FIG. 3, the cooling load applied to the air conditioning load 4 varies greatly during the air conditioning time. Therefore, the amount of cold heat supplied from the ice storage tank 1 is increased during the period when the cooling load is large. For example, if the daily average load is 85% of the peak load, the cooling capacity of the refrigerator 2 (for example, 60% of the peak load) is subtracted from the peak load when the cooling load is higher than the average load. The amount of cold heat (for example, 40% of the peak load) is constantly supplied from the ice heat storage tank 1.
When the cooling load is lower than the average load, the amount of cold heat (for example, 25% of the peak load) obtained by subtracting the cooling capacity of the refrigerator 2 from the average load is constantly supplied from the ice heat storage tank 1.

The amount of cold heat supplied from the ice heat storage tank 1 is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the flow rates Q 1 and Q 2 by the electric two-way valve 8. That is, since the ice storage tank outflow temperature, which is the temperature of the antifreeze liquid flowing out from the lower outflow inlet 1a, is constant at approximately 0 ° C., the ice storage tank inflow temperature that is the temperature of the antifreeze liquid flowing in from the upper outflow inlet 1b, that is, the refrigerator. If the outflow temperature of the antifreeze liquid from 2 is kept constant, the amount of cold heat extracted from the ice heat storage tank 1 is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the flow rate Q 1 of the antifreeze liquid flowing into the ice heat storage tank 1. Therefore, an opening pattern in which the opening degree of the electric two-way valve 8 is switched in two stages depending on the low load and the high load is set in advance in the timer 9 as a storage means, and according to the constant opening pattern every day. The electric two-way valve 8 is operated.

On the other hand, when the average load is not reached at a low load or the peak load is not reached at a high load, the refrigerator 2 is automatically reduced in quantity. That is, the temperature detector 11 detects the temperature of the antifreeze liquid flowing into the refrigerator, and the refrigerator 2 is partially operated or stopped based on the temperature difference between this temperature and a preset intermediate temperature.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 4, the ice storage tank outflow temperature slightly changes depending on the elapsed time from the start of the melting. This figure shows the fluctuation of the outflow temperature of the ice storage tank when the defrosting time is set to 10 hours.
Below 0 ° C, then at 0 ° C for the next 7 hours, the last 2
The time rises to around 3 ° C. Therefore, the opening pattern of the electric two-way valve 8 is corrected so that the air-conditioning load inflow temperature is kept constant based on the variation of the ice heat storage tank outflow temperature. After all, the opening degree of the electric two-way valve 8 is set to four stages or five stages as needed, as shown in FIG. 5, for example.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, in order to deal with the fluctuation of the cooling load, as shown in FIG. 3, the electric two-way operation is performed in two stages depending on the fluctuation of the cooling load, that is, the low load and the high load. Although the opening of the valve 8 is set, the present invention is not limited to this, and the opening may be set by further subdividing.

Further, in the present embodiment, the ice heat storage device, that is, the one using water as the heat storage agent is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a mixed liquid in which various additives are mixed in water, for example, Not to mention a dilute aqueous solution of ethylene glycol or the like, there is no particular limitation as long as the substance has a melting point not higher than the air conditioning temperature.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the control method of the heat storage device of the present invention, the flow rate control means such as the electric two-way valve is operated according to the flow rate pattern stored in the storage means such as the timer. At the same time, by simply operating the refrigerator automatically to keep the temperature of the antifreeze flowing into the heat storage tank at a predetermined value, the cold heat stored at the end of the air conditioning time can be used up almost. It is not necessary to provide expensive control means such as a computer or measuring means for controlling the amount of supplied cold heat, and the cost can be significantly reduced.

In particular, if the flow rate pattern is set according to the fluctuation of the cooling load, the refrigerator can be downsized, and the installation cost and the power charge can be reduced. In addition, if the flow rate pattern is corrected according to the change in the outflow temperature of the heat storage tank during the daytime operation, the stored cold heat can be used up more accurately.
