れ安全である。 (3)本発明の調整装置は特にハンドルで回されるウォ
ームギアにかみ合って回転するドラムを走行機に回転可
能に取り付けた巻込み式のロープ巻込みドラムを用いた
場合にはハンドルを回すだけで調整が極めて容易であ
