(57)【要約】 【目的】 脱毛の低減用の新規な化粧料又は皮膚科用組
成物を得る。 【構成】 本発明では脱毛の治療用の化粧料組成物又は
皮膚科用組成物中に、抗真菌剤と、マクロライド及びピ
ラノシド類に属する抗細菌剤以外の、ハロゲン化化合物
よりなる抗細菌剤とを組合せて有効成分として配合して
ある。脱毛の低減、ならびに毛髪の性状に著るしい改善
増強が得られる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、抗真菌剤の少なくとも
１種を含有し且つマクロライド及びピラノシド類に属す
る抗細菌剤以外の、ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤
の少なくとも１種を含有する組成物であって、脱毛の処
置用の化粧料組成物又は皮膚科用組成物に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】ヒトの自然脱毛は交番する毛髪成育相
(アナゲニック相，anagenic phase) と脱毛相 (テロゲ
ニック相，telogenic phase) との間の毛嚢(hair foll
icles)の全般的平衡を反映していることが当業者に永年
公知である。アナゲニック相における毛嚢の数とテロゲ
ニック相における毛嚢の数との平均比率は約９（90／1
0）である。休止相（カタゲニック相， catagenic phas
e) に居る毛嚢の百分率は極めて低いように見える。
【０００３】自然脱毛は正常な生理状態では平均して毎
日 200〜 300本と見てよかろう。病的な生理状態では、
自然脱毛の本数の値は毎日、数百本に達して、脱毛症(a
lopecia)に至ることがある。
【０００４】さらに、微生物フロラ(flora) が頭皮表面
に存在し、このフロラは細菌及び酵母からなるのが普通
である。このフロラの自然な組成に不均衡が生じると、
脱毛が増加することがある。
【０００５】さらに、ホルモンの不均衡、生理ストレス
又は食事の欠陥などの若干の因子がフロラの組成の不均
化の現象を促進することも公知である。
【０００６】脱毛を低減させるために、仏国特許第 261
8068号では抗炎症剤、あるいはマクロライド又はピラノ
シド類の抗生物質、あるいはそれら両者を所望ならば追
加的に含有できる抗真菌剤(antifungal agent)を有効成
分とする組成物を使用することを提案した。しかしこの
種の組成物は完全に満足できるものでない。この組成物
は脱毛低減の効果が抗真菌剤の単独使用の場合よりすぐ
れているが、抗炎症剤の使用に欠点がないではないから
である。実際に、抗炎症剤は微生物フロラの自然な組成
に変動をもたらし、それによって病原菌感染の危険を増
大させる傾向を有する。
【０００７】抗生物質もまた完全に満足できるものでな
い。抗生物質は化粧料又は皮膚科用組成物中でしばしば
不安定であるからである。そのうえ、細菌の耐性化の現
象を招いて、脱毛の低減用の組成物の効果を下げること
になる。
【０００８】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】抗細菌剤(antibacteri
al agent) の使用はこれら耐性化の現象を伴なわないが
標準的な抗細菌剤の多くは抗真菌剤の作用を阻害し、こ
のことによって抗細菌剤と抗真菌剤とを組合せて含んで
いる型の組成物の効果が低下されることがある。
【０００９】
【課題を解決するための手段】従って、本発明者は上記
の問題を解決しようと研究を行った。抗真菌剤を含有し
てなる脱毛の低減用の組成物は、マクロライド及びピラ
ノシド類に属していないハロゲン化合物よりなる抗細菌
剤と組合せて用いる時にその脱毛低減の効果を増強する
ことが本発明者により発見された。前記のハロゲン化化
合物よりなる抗細菌剤は、ハロゲン化してない化合物よ
りなる抗細菌剤を併用した場合と違って、抗真菌剤の作
用を阻害しないことが予想外にも知見されたのである。
【００１０】そのうえ、この種のハロゲン化化合物より
なる抗細菌剤は本発明の組成物中に配合された時にも極
めて安定であり、また細菌の耐性化を生じない。
【００１１】従って、本発明においては、抗真菌剤の少
なくとも１種を含み、またマクロライド及びピラノシド
類に属する抗細菌剤以外の、ハロゲン化化合物よりなる
抗細菌剤の少なくとも１種を含むことを特徴とする、脱
毛の処置用の化粧料組成物又は皮膚科用組成物が提供さ
れる。
【００１２】さらにまた、本発明の組成物で数週間の処
置をした後には毛髪の外観が改善されることが認めら
れ、特に毛髪が光沢を増し、軽質(lighter) になり、ま
た油性(greasy)を減らすことが観察された。
【００１３】本発明によると、抗真菌剤なる用語は酵
母、とくに皮脂腺の多い皮膚表面、例えば頭皮表面に存
在する酵母、例えばピチロスポールム・オヴァーレ及び
その変株（ピチロスポールム・オルビクラーレ及びマラ
ッセジア・フルフル）などの成育を抑制又は防止し得る
物質を指す。
【００１４】本発明により用いられる抗真菌剤として
は、とくにテルビナフィン(terbinafine) 、ピリチオン
(pyrithione)亜鉛、硫化セレニウム、タール類(tars)及
びその誘導体、ウンデシレン(undecylenic) 酸及びその
塩、及びヒドロキシピリドン誘導体、例えばシクロピロ
ックス(CICLOPIROX)として知られる６−シクロヘキシル
−１−ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−２−（１Ｈ）−ピリド
ン又はオクトピロックス(OCTOPIROX) として知られる１
−ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−６−（２，４，４−トリメ
チルペンチル）−２−（１Ｈ）−ピリドンなどをあげる
ことができる。
【００１５】これらの抗真菌剤は、本発明の組成物中に
組成物の全重量についてほぼ0.01％乃至５％（重量）の
濃度又は量で含有されるのが望ましい。また、とくに抗
真菌剤の濃度又は量は組成物の全重量に対して 0.1％乃
至２％（重量）の範囲とするのがよい。
【００１６】本発明においては、ハロゲン化化合物より
なる抗細菌剤なる用語は、皮脂腺の多い表皮表面に存在
している細菌フロラの成育を抑制又は防止し得る物質で
あって、ハロゲン原子の少なくとも１個を含んでいる物
質を指すものと解する。
【００１７】本発明において用いられるハロゲン化化合
物よりなる抗細菌剤は、ベンゼン誘導体であるのが望ま
しい。
【００１８】本発明により用いられるハロゲン化化合物
よりなる抗細菌剤としては、とくに塩素化化合物よりな
る抗細菌剤、例えばトリクロサン(triclosan) すなわち
チバ−ガイギ社から IRGASANの商品名で市販される５−
クロル−２−（２，４−ジクロルフェノキシ）フェノー
ル、クロルヘキシジン(chlorhexidine) 及びその誘導
体、クロラムフェニコールならびにバイエル社からCLIM
BAZOLEの商品名で市販される１−（４−クロルフェノキ
シ）−１−（１Ｈ−イミダゾリル）−３，３−ジメチル
−２−ブタノンをあげることができる。これらのハロゲ
ン化化合物抗細菌剤は、本発明の組成物中に組成物の全
重量についてほぼ0.01乃至10％（重量）の濃度又は量で
含有されるのが望ましい。また、とくに抗細菌剤の濃度
又は量は組成物の全重量に対して 0.1％乃至２％（重
量）とするのが好ましい。
【００１９】抗真菌剤とハロゲン化化合物抗細菌剤との
重量比は広い範囲にわたることができる。とくに、この
重量比は 0.2乃至10とするのが望ましい。
【００２０】本発明の組成物は頭皮の処置用の化粧料又
は皮膚科用薬剤で通常用いられる種々な剤形とすること
ができる。
【００２１】とくにローション、シャンプー、ホーム(f
oam)、ゲル、棒、スプレー、膏剤(balms) 、粉末又は固
形又は液状の石鹸の形にできる。
【００２２】本発明の組成物に担体として配合できる生
理学的に許容できる媒体は、一般に水であり、あるいは
局所塗布用の目的で生理学的に許容できる有機溶媒の少
なくとも１種と水との混合物からなる。これら溶媒のう
ちアセトン、Ｃ1 −Ｃ4 低級アルコール、例えばエタノ
ール及びイソプロピルアルコールなど、アルキレングリ
コール、エチレングリコール及びプロピレングリコール
など、エチレングリコールのモノメチルエーテル、モノ
エチルエーテル又はモノブチルエーテル、プロピレング
リコールのモノエチルエーテル及びジプロピレングリコ
ールのモノエチルエーテル、短鎖の酸のＣ1 −Ｃ4 アル
キルエステル、及びポリテトラヒドロフランのエーテル
を挙げうる。これら溶剤を配合する場合に溶媒は組成物
の全重量の１乃至80％（重量）の量であるのが望まし
い。
【００２３】本発明組成物に配合される媒体は化粧料又
は医薬に常用される濃化剤(thicking agent)を用いて濃
稠化できる。
【００２４】これらの濃化剤としては、とくにセルロー
ス及びその誘導体、例えばセルロースエーテルなど、ヘ
テロバイオ・ポリサッカリド、例えばキサンタンガム、
スクレログルカン類及び架橋結合してある又はないポリ
アクリル酸を挙げうる。
【００２５】濃化剤は本発明の組成物の全重量について
ほぼ 0.1％乃至５％（重量）の量で配合するのが好まし
い。
【００２６】本発明組成物について可能な種々の実施態
様に応じて、本組成物を作るのに通常用いられ配合され
る必要な化合物及び添加剤は当業者により適宜に選択で
きる。
【００２７】これらの添加剤としては、とくに防腐剤、
安定剤、ｐＨ調節剤、滲透圧調整剤、乳化剤、日焼け防
止剤、酸化防止剤、香料、着色料、アニオン系、カチオ
ン系、非イオン系の両性又は双子イオン性の界面活性剤
又はその混合物、及びポリマーなどを挙げうる。
【００２８】本発明の組成物は、本発明による有効成分
の組合せに加えて、また脱毛を遅延させる公知の化合物
も追加的に含有できる。
【００２９】また、本発明の別の要旨によると、脱毛低
減用の上記の本発明組成物を毛髪及び／又は頭皮に塗布
することからなる、毛髪及び／又は頭皮の化粧的処置法
が提供される。
【００３０】望ましい塗布方法では、本発明組成物の１
乃至20ｇを頭皮全体又はその一部に毎日１回又は２回塗
り、そして毎週１日乃至７日の塗布を１乃至６ケ月間、
続けるのである。

【実施例】下記の実施例によって本発明を説明するが本
発明の範囲を限定するものではない。
【００３２】実施例１ 下記の組成のシャンプーを調製
した。 （イ）エチレンオキシド 2.2モル含有のラウリルエーテ ル硫酸ナトリウム 12ｇ （ロ）ココナツ・モノイソプロパノールアミド 3.5ｇ （ハ）トリエタノールアミンで第四級塩化したヒドロキ シプロピルセルロース 0.4ｇ （ニ）ヘキスト社から OCTOPIROXの商品名で市販の１− ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−６−（２，４，４−ト リメチルペンチル）−２−（１Ｈ）−ピリドン 0.3ｇ （ホ）チバ−ガイギ社から IRGASANの商品名で市販の トリクロサン 0.25 ｇ （ヘ）防腐剤 0.3ｇ （ト）香 料 0.4ｇ （チ）水 全体を 100ｇにする量
【００３３】毎週２乃至３回定例的に本シャンプーで洗
うと、シャンプーは脱毛を低減でき、同時に毛髪の全般
的な外観を改善できる。
【００３４】実施例２ 下記の組成の頭皮用ローション
を調製した。 （イ）エチルアルコール 38ｇ （ロ）ひまし油 0.2ｇ （ハ）ＩＣＩ社から市販のグルコン酸クロルヘキシジン 0.4ｇ （ニ）ウンデシレン酸 0.25 ｇ （ホ）香 料 0.3ｇ （ヘ）着色料 0.05 ｇ （ト）水 全体を 100ｇにする量
【００３５】本ローションを毎日、頭皮及び毛髪に塗
り、水洗せずにおくとき、ローションは脱毛を低減がで
き、同時に毛髪の全般的な外観を改善した。
【００３６】実施例３ 下記の組成の頭皮用ホーム(foa
m)を調製した。 （イ）メルク社から MERQUAT 100の商品名で市販のジ アルリルジメチル・アンモニウム・クロリド・ ポリマー 1.5ｇ （ロ）ナショナルスターチ社から CELQUAT LDRの商品 名で市販のヒドロキシエチルセルロース／ジア ルリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド・コポリ マー 0.3ｇ （ハ）アクゾ社からARQUADの商品名で市販の第四級ア ンモニウム塩 0.3ｇ （ニ）ダウ・コーニング社からQC-F2-1671の商品名で市 販のシリコン・ガム 0.1ｇ （ホ）プロピレングリコール 5ｇ （ヘ）フェノキシエタノール 0.4ｇ （ト）ヘキスト社から OCTOPIROXの商品名で市販の１− ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−６−（２，４，４−ト リメチルペンチル）−２−（１Ｈ）−ピリドン 0.2ｇ （チ）クロラムフェニコール 0.3ｇ （リ）水 全体を 100ｇにする量 （ヌ）噴射剤としての炭化水素類（イソブタン／ブタン ／プロパンの混合物、比率 55／23／22） 所要量
【００３７】このホームを定例的に塗布すると、脱毛の
低減と毛髪の全般外観の改善とが認められた。
【００３８】実施例４ 下記の組成の頭皮用スプレーを
調製した。 （イ）イソパラフィン炭化水素（ヒュルス社から市販 のイソブタン） 0.5ｇ （ロ）ダウ・コーニング社からDC 200 FLUIDの商品名 で市販のポリジメチルシロキサン 1.2ｇ （ハ）ダウ・コーニング社から DC 929 EMULSIONの商 品名で市販のポリアミノシロキサン 0.4ｇ （ニ）エタノール 15ｇ （ホ）グッドリッチ社からCAPBOPOL 980の商品名で市 販の架橋結合アクリル酸ポリマー 0.1ｇ （ヘ）チバ−ガイギ社から IRGASANの商品名で市販の トリクロサン 0.35 ｇ （ト）ヘキスト社から OCTOPIROXの商品名で市販の１− ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−６−（２，４，４−ト リメチルペンチル）−２−（１Ｈ）−ピリドン 0.1ｇ （チ）ウンデシレン酸 0.15 ｇ （リ）トリエタノールアミン ｐＨ７にする量 （ヌ）水 全体を 100ｇにする量
【００３９】この組成物をポンプ式ディスペンサー瓶に
収容する。このスプレーを定例的に施用した後に、脱毛
の低減と毛髪の一般外観の改善とが観察された。
【００４０】実施例５ 下記の組成の脱毛治療用ローシ
ョンを調製した。 （イ）バイエル社からCLIMBAZOLEの商品名で市販の １−（４−クロルフェノキシ）−１−（１Ｈ− イミダゾリル）−３，３−ジメチル−２−ブタ ノン 0.1ｇ （ロ）ウンデシレン酸 0.15 ｇ （ハ）エタノール 38ｇ （ニ）香 料 所要量 （ホ）着色量 所要量 （ヘ）水 全体を 100ｇにする量
【００４１】このローションを毛髪に毎日塗り、水洗い
せずにおくとき、ローションは脱毛を低減させ、同時に
毛髪の一般外観を改善した。
【００４２】実施例６ 効能試験 本発明の組成物の効果を示すため下記の組成でローショ
ンを調製した。 （イ）ヘキスト社から OCTOPIROXの商品名で市販の１− ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−６−（２，４，４−ト リメチルペンチル）−２−（１Ｈ）−ピリドン 0.25 ｇ （ロ）チバ−ガイギ社から IRGASANの商品名で市販のト リクロサン 0.3ｇ （ハ）エタノール 45ｇ （ニ）香 料 所要量 （ホ）水 全体を 100ｇにする量
【００４３】このローショを男性ホルモン性の脱毛症を
呈した男子20人に施用した。９ケ月間にわたり毎日１
回、このローション組成物を頭皮に塗るが、水洗いせず
においた。この試験の実施期間中は周期的に、規格化し
た質問書を被験者の各々に渡して回答を得た。得られた
結果は下記の表１〜４に要約して示してある。
【００４４】Ａ）毛髪の外観 これら被験者は各自の毛髪の油性（油ぎった外観；grea
sy）と、艶無し性(lacklustre)と、粘着性（粘つく触
感；sticky）又は正常な性状について記録した。それら
の結果として各項に該当した回答者の数を表１に示し
た。

【００４６】被験者の各個は、大部分がローション処置
の第１週から、その毛髪の状態、とくにその油性、艶無
し性、及び粘着性の外観に関して全般的な正常化が認め
られることを報告した。
【００４７】Ｂ）脂漏の変化 被験者の各個は自分で脂漏(seborrhoea)の変化を評価し
た。その変化は脂漏の増大、安定又は低減に分けて評価
した。その結果は表２に該当者の数として示した。

【００４９】被験者のうちの小数では脂漏増大を起した
遷移相があり、その遷移相の後に脂漏の正常化が確立し
たことが認められた。反応性(reactional)脂漏は見出さ
れなかった。
【００５０】Ｃ）かゆみの観察 被験者からかゆみ感(pruritus)の有り又は無しを報告さ
せた。その結果は該当者の数として表３に示す。

【００５２】ローションで処置の第１週から、かゆみ感
の極めて著しい改善が確立されることが観察された。
【００５３】Ｄ）脱毛の観察 脱毛を被験者の各個人で評価した。診察の度ごとに、被
験者の各個自身のものと同じ色の毛髪を約10本乃至 150
本の範囲の相異なる量で収容してある封筒を各個人に示
した。そのとき、被験者がシャンプー中の自分の脱毛の
評価値に最もよく該当する封筒を指示するようにした。
【００５４】供試ローションの施用試験中に脱毛が増加
するか又は安定のままか又は低減するかについての応じ
て評価の結果を得た。これらの結果を表４に示す。

【００５６】被験者のうちの大多数については、数週間
にわたりローション組成物を施用した後に、著しい脱毛
低減が観察された。この脱毛低減は５乃至６ケ月間のロ
ーション施用後に安定化した傾向があった。

Claims (16)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 少なくとも１種の抗真菌剤を含み、また
    マクロライド及びピラノシド類に属する抗細菌剤以外の
    ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤の少なくとも１種を
    含むことを特徴とする、脱毛治療用の化粧料組成物又は
    皮膚科用組成物。
  2. 【請求項２】 用いる抗真菌剤は、皮脂腺の多い表皮の
    表面に存在している酵母の成育を抑制又は防止し得る物
    質からなる群から選ばれる請求項１に記載の組成物。
  3. 【請求項３】 抗真菌剤は、テルビナフィン、ピリチオ
    ン亜鉛、硫化セレニウム、タール類及びタールの誘導
    体、ウンデシレン酸及びその塩及びヒドロキシピリドン
    誘導体よりなる群のうちから選ばれる請求項１及び２に
    記載の組成物。
  4. 【請求項４】 ヒドロキシピリドン誘導体は６−シクロ
    ヘキシル−１−ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−２−（１Ｈ）
    −ピリドン及び１−ヒドロキシ−４−メチル−６−
    （２，４，４−トリメチルペンチル）−２−（１Ｈ）−
    ピリドンのうちから選ばれる請求項３に記載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】 ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤は、
    ハロゲン原子の少なくとも１個を含有しており且つ皮脂
    腺の多い表皮の表面に存在している細菌フロラの成育を
    抑制又は防止し得る物質の群のうちから選ばれる請求項
    １乃至４の何れかに記載の組成物。
  6. 【請求項６】 ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤はベ
    ンゼン誘導体である請求項５に記載の組成物。
  7. 【請求項７】 ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤は塩
    素化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤である請求項５又は６に記
    載の組成物。
  8. 【請求項８】 塩素化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤は５−ク
    ロル−２−（２，４−ジクロルフェノキシ）フェノー
    ル、クロルヘキシジン及びその誘導体、クロラムフェニ
    コール、及び１−（４−クロルフェノキシ）−１−（１
    Ｈ−イミダゾリル）−３，３−ジメチル−２−ブタノン
    よりなる群のうちから選ばれる請求項７に記載の組成
    物。
  9. 【請求項９】 抗真菌剤は組成物の全重量について0.01
    ％乃至５％（重量）の量で含まれる請求項１乃至８の何
    れかに記載の組成物。
  10. 【請求項１０】 抗真菌剤は組成物の全重量について
    0.1％乃至２％（重量）の量で含まれる請求項９に記載
    の組成物。
  11. 【請求項１１】 ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤は
    組成物の全重量について0.01％乃至10％（重量）の量で
    含まれる請求項１乃至10の何れかに記載の組成物。
  12. 【請求項１２】 ハロゲン化化合物よりなる抗細菌剤は
    組成物の全重量に対して 0.1％乃至２％（重量）の量で
    含まれる請求項11に記載の組成物。
  13. 【請求項１３】 抗真菌剤とハロゲン化化合物抗細菌剤
    との重量比は 0.2乃至10である請求項１乃至12の何れか
    に記載の組成物。
  14. 【請求項１４】 組成物はローション、シャンプー、ホ
    ーム、クリーム、ゲル、棒、スプレー、膏剤、粉末又は
    固形又は液状の石鹸の形である請求項１乃至13の何れか
    に記載の組成物。
  15. 【請求項１５】 組成物は濃化剤、防腐剤、安定剤、ｐ
    Ｈ調節剤、滲透圧調整剤、乳化剤、日焼け防止剤、酸化
    防止剤、香料、着色料、ポリマー、界面活性剤及びその
    他の局所に適用される添加剤のうちから選ばれた添加剤
    の少なくとも１種を含んでいる請求項１乃至14の何れか
    に記載の組成物。
  16. 【請求項１６】 請求項１〜15の何れかに定義された化
    粧料組成物を毛髪及び／又は頭皮に塗布することから成
    る、脱毛の低減のための化粧処置方法。
