る。このため、現状では直接照明を行いながら反射光を
除去するために光学的偏向フィルタを光源及びカメラの
レンズに装着し、更に多数の過大光源を配置して均等な
照度を得るようにしている(例えば実願平4−5161

向の強い反射光がなく、確実な撮像を得、正確な画像処

式)に比べて光源の光量が少なくて済み消費電力が小さ
く、これに伴い消耗品である電球の個数も少なく、電球
