8によって回動自在にケーシング1内に軸着された保持
部材2の軸筒6には、該軸筒6より突出した回動脚7を
設け、かつ、押し部10をケーシング1の前壁11寄り
に配し、軸筒6寄りの軸部12に挿入された押しばね1
5により、常時前壁11寄りに付勢されるロッド3の軸
端13を、前記回動脚7と相対するごとくにケーグング
