Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a separable screw not to cut a grafted ligament by comprising with an inner part and an outer part and removing the inner part after fixing. CONSTITUTION: This screw has an inside part 2 to be inserted into an accepting part 5 of an outside part 3. Both parts are integrated by inserting. The cross section of the accepting part 5 is hexagonal and that of the inside part 2 to be inserted into the outside part 3 is also hexagonal, therefore, both are inserted integrated. The screw starts penetrate into the hole in a bone by a taper part 1 of the inside part 2. After fixing a ligament by a screw thread 7, the inside part 2 is driven out toward the opposite direction. Thereby possibility of rapture of reformed ligament can be reduced.

[Embodiment] The inner portion 2 is a screw which has an insertion portion 5 into the outer portion 3 and is integrated by being inserted. In FIG. 1, the insertion part 5 has a hexagonal cross section. If the cross section of the part to be inserted into the outer part 3 of the inner part 2 is also hexagonal, when the outer part 3 is inserted with a screwdriver, the two parts are integrated. Is inserted. The screw begins to enter the bone hole 6 due to the tapered portion 1 of the inner portion 2, but the screw thread portion 7
Then, after fixing the ligament 4, the inside 2 is removed in the direction opposite to the screw insertion direction. The exterior 3 has threads 7, but the tip 8 may have a blunt structure to reduce stress on the ligament 4. The inside 2 has a hole 10 through which the guide wire 9 passes, and by passing the screw under the guide wire 9, the directionality of the screw is stabilized. The rear end 11 of the outer part 3 may have a blunt structure. At this time, even if this part goes out subcutaneously from the bone hole 6, it is difficult to stimulate nerves and cause pain. The threads on the outer surface of the inner 2 and outer 3 may not be continuous and may be of different sizes. The tapered portion 1 may not be threaded as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the insertion portion 5 of the inside 2 and the outside 3
The cross section 12 may be circular or may have a shape in which threads are engaged with each other, and the shape is not limited. As shown in FIG. 5, the guide wire 9
If the tip 13 of the above is larger than the diameter of the hole 10, the guide wire 9 is pulled out toward the front to exit the inside 2. As another method of pulling out, as shown in FIG. 6, there are a method of cutting a screw thread 14 in the inside 2 and pulling it out with an instrument 15, and a method of making a hook 16 and pulling it out as shown in FIG. 7. In order to fill the space of the exterior 3 after removing the interior 2, as shown in FIG. 8, a thread 17 may be formed in the exterior 3 and the blocker 21 may be screwed in, or the space may be filled by another method. good. Figure 9
11 to 11 show the outline of the usage example. The ligament 4 is implanted in the bone hole 6, and the bone fragment 19 of the ligament 4 is fixed by the main screw inserted under the guide wire 9. When the tip 13 of the guide wire 9 is larger than the hole 10, the inner wire 2 is pulled out by pulling out the guide wire 9 in the opposite direction to the insertion direction. As a result, even if the ligament 4 moves, the possibility of damaging the ligament 4 at the screw tip is reduced as compared with the conventional case. By inserting the blocker 18 as shown in FIG. 11, the dead space created by the outside 3 can be reduced.
