Claims (3)

[Claims] 1. It contains (a) Hypericum perforatum extract, and (b) one or more components selected from keratolytic agents, antibacterial agents, local stimulants, moisturizers and hair follicle activators. Characterizing hair nourishing and hair growth material. 2. A hair nourishing and hair-growth material according to claim 1, which contains 0.001 to 10% by weight of the component (a). 3. The hair nourishing / hair-growth material according to claim 1, which contains 0.001 to 5% by weight of the component (b).
