In the drying device, a rotary shaft arranged along the direction of gravity in the drying tank, one vertical spiral rotary blade located around the rotary shaft, and one end thereof rotating. The other end of the shaft is fixed to a vertical spiral rotary vane, and a fixing arm portion that passes through a space for dropping a dried substance to be described later is arranged. Further, between the inner peripheral ends of the vertical spiral rotary blades, around the rotation axis, there is defined a dry space for dropping the dry matter that reaches the upper part of the vertical spiral rotary blade and the vertical spiral rotation is performed. There is a clearance between the outer peripheral edge of the blade and the heat transfer surface so that the material to be dried can be brought into contact with the heat transfer surface.

Next, paying attention to the operation of the material to be dried when the drying device having the vertical spiral rotary blade is used, the material to be dried is mounted on the vertical spiral rotary blade and rises spirally from bottom to top. Then, when it reaches the uppermost portion, it falls downward and rises again in a spiral shape, and the circulation is repeated. Then, in the above-mentioned ascending process, it is pressed against the heat transfer surface by the centrifugal force and dried.

According to the above-mentioned prior art, there are some problems in the following points. That is, the material to be dried rises while being placed on the vertical spiral rotary blade and being pressed against the heat transfer surface. However, if the material to be dried is a highly viscous material to be dried, etc., the material to be dried adheres to the vertical spiral rotary blades and the heat transfer surface, and then expands in a dumpling shape from the upper and lower blades. There was a risk of getting stuck. Therefore, the rise of the material to be dried is stopped, the circulation is not performed, and there is a great risk that the drying does not proceed well.

Further, the clearance between the outer peripheral end of the vertical spiral rotary blade and the heat transfer surface is defined as a relatively long spiral shape because the vertical spiral rotary blade extends in a spiral shape. It has been continuously and continuously. For this reason, foreign matter mixed in the material to be dried is often caught in the clearance, and the vertical spiral rotary blade may not rotate properly.

Further, in the fixing arm portion, the rotating shaft and the vertical spiral rotating blade are connected to each other through the space for dropping the material to be dried. For this reason, when foreign matter such as vinyl mixed with the material to be dried falls in the space for dropping the material to be dried, it may be wound around the fixing arm portion. There was a risk that it could get caught in foreign matter and could not circulate properly.

Further, in order to raise the material to be dried,
It is lifted by one vertical spiral rotary blade. Therefore,
The amount of the material to be dried is small compared to the total amount of the material to be dried located at the bottom of the drying tank, and it is difficult to bring the material to be dried into contact with the heat transfer surface at an early stage, and the material to be dried at the bottom. It was difficult to improve the drying efficiency because the accumulated state was likely to continue.

Further, since the vertical spiral rotary blade has a certain distance between the upper and lower blades, when the material to be dried is pressed against the heat transfer surface by centrifugal force,
A heat transfer surface portion not used was likely to occur between the upper and lower blades. Therefore, it is not used compared to the total area of the heat transfer surface,
That is, the area where the material to be dried does not contact is relatively large, and the entire heat transfer surface is not effectively utilized.

Further, the material to be dried is successively spirally raised from the bottom to the top, and after reaching the uppermost portion, it is dropped and again raised. During this time, heat is applied to the material to be dried from the heat transfer surface to dry it. Therefore, in order to efficiently dry the material to be dried, the vertical spiral rotary blade has the best rotation speed adapted to various materials to be dried. Here, if the vertical spiral rotary blade is rotated at a speed higher than the rotation speed at which the drying efficiency of the material to be dried is the highest, the material to be dried does not rise well, and as a result, the drying efficiency also deteriorates. That is, when trying to dry the various objects to be dried most efficiently, it is essential to adjust the rotation speed of the vertical spiral rotary blade, and conversely, this adjustment is troublesome.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to reduce the risk that an object to be dried, which has a high viscosity, will adhere to the rotating blades and the heat transfer surface and cause a stagnation of the object to be dried. The foreign matter mixed in the material to be dried is less likely to get caught in the clearance between the surface and the foreign material such as vinyl mixed in the material to be dried is not caught on the fixing arm, and it is located at the bottom of the drying tank. The amount of material to be dried is increased compared to the total amount of material to be dried, thereby improving the drying efficiency, effectively utilizing the entire heat transfer surface, and adjusting the troublesome rotation speed of the vertical spiral rotary blade. It is to provide a technique for efficiently drying a material to be dried.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above object,
The present invention has the following technical means. That is, this will be described with reference to the reference numerals in the accompanying drawings corresponding to the embodiments.
And a heat transfer surface 2 on the inner wall surface of the drying tank 4 that transfers the heat from the heat transfer means to the material to be dried 3, and a heat transfer means that is located around the drying tank 4 and transfers the heat to the heat transfer surface 2. In the drying device 1, the rotary vanes rotatably arranged in the drying tank 4; 2 has a clearance U that allows it to come into contact with the heat transfer surface 2, extends obliquely upward in the direction opposite to the rotational direction R along the heat transfer surface 2, and each blade has a circumference of 360 degrees when viewed in plan. A rotary winding vane 5 comprising a plurality of base blades 5a having a length within the range. The rotary winding vane 5 places the material to be dried 3 on a plurality of base blades 5a and winds it up. At the same time, the material to be dried is dried by pressing it against the heat transfer surface 2 by the centrifugal force P and continuously raising it along the heat transfer surface 2. It is drying apparatus having a rotating hoisting blades 5, characterized in that is configured.

Another feature is that a plurality of the rotating upper blades 5 are arranged in multiple stages on a central rotating shaft 21 vertically arranged in the drying tank 4 along the direction of gravity. While rotating the central rotary shaft 21 to rotate the rotary hoisting blades 5 in multiple stages, the target object 3 is wound up in each stage,
It is characterized in that it is pressed against the heat transfer surface 2 to raise it, and is continuously raised from the lowermost rotary winding blade 5 to the uppermost rotary winding blade 5 for drying.

According to the above construction, since the object 3 to be dried is rolled up by the rotary winding blade 5 and pressed against the heat transfer surface 2 to dry it, even if the object 3 to be dried has a strong viscosity, It is hard to adhere to the rotary winding blade and the heat transfer surface 2, and even if it adheres, the material to be dried 3 is not entirely lifted on the vertical spiral rotary blade but is raised entirely over the heat transfer surface 2. Therefore, the material to be dried 3 does not stagnate.

Further, by rotating the rotary hoisting blade 5, the object 3 to be dried is rolled up and pressed against the heat transfer surface 2 to be dried, thereby increasing the rotational speed of the rotary hoisting blade 5. The dried material 2 can be pressed against the heat transfer surface 2 more strongly. As a result, the material to be dried 3 further rises along the heat transfer surface, spreads in a thin film over the entire surface of the heat transfer surface 2, and heat is easily transferred to the material to be dried 3.

By the rotation of the rotary winding blades 5, the material to be dried 3 is moved from one end 18 of each base blade 5a to the base blade 5a.
It is placed on the flat surface 8 and moves toward the other end 19 side along the base blade 5a. At this time, the object to be dried 3 is rotated by the base blades 5a and acts upward, so that the object to be dried 3 is wound up and is pressed against the heat transfer surface 2 by the centrifugal force P due to the winding up.

The material to be dried 3 pressed against the heat transfer surface 2 is
It has a surface that contacts the heat transfer surface 2 on one side and an evaporation surface F that contacts the air in the space A in the drying tank 4 on the other side. Then, the material to be dried 3 that has contacted with the heat transfer surface 2 undergoes a certain amount of water evaporation on the spot due to heat from the heat transfer surface 2. The material 3 to be dried, which has a low water content due to evaporation of water during contact with the heat transfer surface 2, moves to the evaporation surface F so as to replace the material 3 to be dried having a high water content. When the material 3 to be dried that has moved to the evaporation surface F is exposed to the air in the space A, the water content further evaporates.

By rotating the rotary winding blade, the dried material is pressed against the heat transfer surface to be dried while the dried material is being rolled up, thereby increasing the rotation speed of the rotary winding blade to dry the dried material. Can be pressed against the heat transfer surface more strongly. As a result, the material to be dried further rises along the heat transfer surface, spreads in a thin film over the entire surface of the heat transfer surface, heat is easily transferred to the material to be dried, and drying efficiency is also improved.
In addition, since the drying efficiency of the material to be dried is improved by increasing the rotation speed of the rotary winding blade, it is possible to perform drying with good drying efficiency regardless of the type of the material to be dried, and various types of conventional materials to be dried. It is not necessary to adjust the rotation speed of the blade according to the object.

Furthermore, since the material to be dried is continuously raised while being moved from the heat transfer surface to the evaporation surface,
When paying attention to each material to be dried, the material to be dried having a higher water content than other materials to be dried is constantly pressed against the heat transfer surface to dry, and there is little drying unevenness in the whole material to be dried,
By continuously increasing, it is easy to continuously and stably obtain a material to be dried having the same water content.
