【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、シャープペンシルのチャックリング、特
に、塑性加工により形成される真鍮等金属製のチャック

外周部に装着されて、その芯把持部2を締め付けるよう
にしたチャックリング3が存在する。そして、このよう
な従来の殆どのチャックリング3は、その内径が前端か
ら後端まで徐々に縮小するように内面全体がテーパ状に

誤差がチャックリングの内径に影響し、特にチャックリ
ング前端部の内径が不均一化して品質が不安定化する問
題があった。本考案は斯かる問題点の解決を図るもの
で、即ち、前端部の内径精度が均一になるように加工で
きて品質を安定化することができ、かつチャックの後方
への抜けを防止できるチャックリングの提供を目的とす

製のチャックリングにおいて、前端部に締付部となる内
径が一定のストレート内面部を所要長さ設けると共にそ
の後方部位に略均肉の厚さを持ち内径が徐々に縮小する
テーパ内面部を連設し該テーパ内面部の後端位置の最小
内径をチャックの芯把持部の後方に設けた抜け止め突起
の外接円径より僅かに小さくしたことを特徴とする構成

(作用) 本願考案のチャックリングをプレス機による塑性加工

チャックリングのストレート内面部の後方部位にテーパ
内面部が形成されるが、ダイハイトに誤差が生じてチャ
ックリングに対するパンチの軸方向の位置に若干のずれ
が生じていても、パンチのストレート部が前後方向に夫
々ダイハイトの誤差以上の長さを有していれば、チャッ
クリングの前端内面部と接触するパンチの部位はやはり
ストレート部であり、従ってチャックリングの前端部内

(考案の効果) 本願考案のチャックリングは上記のように略均肉の厚
さを持ち内径が徐々に縮小するテーパ内面部の前方位置
に所要長さのストレート内面部を設けたことにより、塑
性加工により形成する場合においてダイハイトに誤差が
生じた場合でもその誤差がストレート内面部によって吸
収されるので前端部の内径が常に均一となって品質が極
めて安定し、よってチャックに対する締め付け性能を安
定化させることができ、又、テーパ内面部を設けた部位
が略均肉の厚さを持つことにより軸方向の相当の長さに
わたって内面及び外面が共に略同一勾配のテーパ状とな
るため、プレス加工を無理なく行うことができると共
に、プレス加工後にプレス金型のパンチやダイとの離型
性が良好となって、安定した製造が可能となり、更に、
テーパ内面部の後端位置の最小内径をチャックの芯把持
部の後方に設けた抜け止め突起の外接円径より僅かに小
さくしたことにより、チャックの後方への抜け止めを防

に略均肉の厚さを持ち内径が徐々に縮小するテーパ内面
部を連設し該テーパ内面部の後端位置の最小内径をチャ
ックの芯把持部の後方に設けた抜け止め突起の外接円径
より僅かに小さくしたことを特徴とするシャープペンシ
ルのチャックリング。1.
