いてもよい。本発明は前記の如く、走行用車路を上り
用、下り用の2通りとした対面通行方式のシングルタイ
プの駐車場を基本とするものであるが、この走行用車路
を左右一対対向して設け、その一方を上り走行用、他方
を下り走行用とすると共に、該一対の車路の一部を各層
において重合させた一方通行方式のツウィンタイプの駐
車場にも適用でき、かかるツウィンタイプの駐車場も本
発明の範疇に含まれるものである。この場合短絡車路
は、片側の車路にのみ付設されていればよく、又両側の

する平坦な外側駐車区画21、21・・が設けられ、又
前記内側路縁(以下単に内縁という)にも、同様に平坦
な内側駐車区画22、22・・が設けられている。扨

ろは、前記車路1の外側へ、該車路1と繋がり且つ少な
くとも1階分の高さ以上の高さを車輛が昇降する短絡車
路を別個に設けた点にある。即ち、本実施例において
は、3階から4階へ旋回する車路1の途中のコーナー部
3aと1階フロアーのコーナー部3bとを結ぶ短絡車路
4を、車路1の外側の駐車区画21の外側に設けるので
ある。コーナー部3aは直交する2つの傾斜直進部を整
合するよう湾曲傾斜面となっており、又コーナー部3b
はフラットである。そして、これら2つのコーナー部に
連なる短絡車路4の両端部4a,4bは通常フラットに
形成されるが、短絡車路の勾配等によって湾曲傾斜面と
することもできる。又短絡車路4の中間部に位置するコ
ーナー部4cも、前記同様フラットでも湾曲傾斜面でも
よい。この短絡車路4は昇降専用の車路であるため、前
記本車路1よりもその勾配を大とすることができるが、
13〜15%適当である。尚、短絡車路4の付設個所
は、少なくとも一階相当分の高さ以上離れた2地点を連
絡するものであれば、前記車路1の如何なる地点を両端
部としても差しつかえない。第3図は車路1の中間にお
いて短絡車路4の端部と連結する実施例を示すもので、
車路1と同一の床面を切り欠き、短絡車路4の端部との
間に接続車路5を架設する。又これらの短絡車路は、対
面通行又は一方通行のいずれとしてもよい。前記実施例
1では、短絡車路4を2辺の車路1の外側に付設したの
で、1辺の車路の長さが短い駐車場に対しても有効に適
用できる。即ち、通常の階高の2階半分にあたる約8m
を昇降するためには、短絡車路4の全長は少なくとも7
0mを必要とするが、この駐車場は2辺の外周を利用す
るので、70mの直線部を取ることができない敷地であ
っても、短絡車路4を屈曲形成することにより、2階半
を一気に昇降することができる。次にツウィンタイプの
駐車場を説明する。 [実施例2]第4図及び第5図は、螺旋状に設けられた
車路を左右に一対対設して設け、その一方を上り走行
用、他方を下り走行用とすると共に、該一対の車路の一
部を各層において重合させてなる、所謂ツウィンタイプ

に至る前記空間部31には中央ランプウェイ32が設け
られている。42a,42bは短絡車路で、上り走行用
の短絡車路42aは、前記中央ランプウェイ32の上端
に続く個所から2層半上方のコーナー部40aに至るよ
う、下り走行用の短絡車路42bは、2〜3階の車路中
間部40bから2層半下方の1階のフロアーに至るよ
う、それぞれ駐車場の外壁に沿って屈曲構成されてい
る。この駐車場においては、中央ランプウェイ32とそ
れに繋がる短絡車路42aを利用すれば、1階から3〜
4階へ一気に上昇することができるし、反対に2〜3階
から下降する車輛は、短絡車路42bを利用すればこれ
又一気に下降でき、螺旋状の車路11a、11bを使用
する必要はない。尚本実施例では前記短絡車路42a、
42bは駐車場の外壁から突出した状態で設けられてい
るが、これらの車路を駐車場の建物の中に組み入れ、前
記短絡車路の上下方に形成される空間を外向きディスプ
