Some of them are configured to be wound up and stored in an inner winding cylinder. However, in such a building shutter,
Due to the irregular winding, there were problems such as the slats being damaged by each other, and the winding center being eccentric to prevent smooth opening and closing. Therefore, as in the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-29040, which was previously proposed by the applicant, panel-shaped slats each having a width of n sheets are successively connected to form a shutter curtain, and the shutter curtain is formed. Orderly winding is achieved by forming the n-sided winding layer of the tar curtain and storing it in a layered manner on the winding cylinder so that each connecting part is located on the radiation and superimposes each slats in parallel. However, even with this, there is a part where the slats do not overlap in parallel due to a slight misalignment, so it is still impossible to completely eliminate the damage to the slats, and there is a subtle imbalance in the winding balance. The smooth opening and closing operation was hindered by this, so further improvement was necessary.

A plurality of panel-shaped slats are connected in series to form a shutter curtain, and the shutter curtain is formed into an n-gonal winding layer, and each connecting portion is positioned in a radial shape to form each shutter. In the architectural shatter that is wound up and stored in a winding drum in a laminated manner so that the slats face each other in parallel, the slats are formed such that the width is increased sequentially for every n sheets, and the last in each winding layer that connects the winding layers. The slats are configured as width adjusting slats whose width dimensions are set so as to absorb the winding deviation of each winding layer, and at the outer peripheral surface of the winding drum, the winding start of the shutter curtain is formed. This is characterized in that n contact members for superimposing the respective slats or the respective connecting parts of the shutter curtain of the first round are fixed at equal intervals.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 is a shutter curtain of a building shutter, and the shutter curtain 1 is erected on both left and right sides of an opening by a winding operation and a rewinding operation of a winding drum 3 accompanied by driving of an electric motor 2. The basic structure such as moving up and down along the guide rail 4 is the same as the conventional one.

Are connected in series by interlocking connection with the adjacent slats S to form the shutter curtain 1, but in the embodiment, the slats S which are sequentially widened (up and down width) every six sheets from the suspension base side. The shutter curtain 1 is formed by connecting the two. That is, the shutter curtain 1 forms a hexagonal winding layer, and is wound up and housed in a laminated manner on the winding drum 3 so that each interlock coupling portion is positioned on the radiation.

That is, in the shutter curtain 1 composed of the slats S which are simply formed to be wider every six sheets, some winding deviation occurs. Therefore, in the present invention, the final slats E of the winding layers are
The width adjusting slats have a width dimension set so as to absorb the winding deviation of each winding layer, whereby the slats S and E are completely parallel to the slats S and E which are superposed in the stored state. It is designed to be laminated.

Is a cylindrical shape, and the shutter curtain 1 to which the suspension element is connected is wound into a hexagonal shape as described above. A winding piece (abutting member) 8 that contacts the central portions of the slats S and E and positions the winding position thereof is fixed at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction. The winding piece 8 is formed of a rubber elastic body so that the slats S and E are not damaged by the contact during winding.

It will be absorbed in the final slat E of the layer. Therefore, the shutter curtain 1 is stored in an extremely orderly state in which the slats S to be stacked are perfectly parallel to each other. As a result, it is possible to surely prevent the damage of the slat S, or it is possible to realize an extremely smooth opening / closing operation of the shutter by well-balanced winding.

As a result, the contact of the shutter curtain 1 on the first lap with the winding drum 3 is avoided, but this effective contact avoidance is achieved by making the connecting member on the first lap taller than the other connecting members. Since it is not necessary to widen the guide width of the guide rail in correspondence with the tall connecting member as in the case of using the guide rail, the guide rail can smoothly guide the shutter curtain without rattling.

The final slatting of each winding layer is a width adjusting slats whose width dimension is set to absorb the winding deviation of each winding layer. The curtain will be stored in an orderly state in which the slats to be stacked are perfectly parallel to each other without causing winding misalignment. As a result, it is possible to prevent damage to the slats or improve the winding balance. You can open and close the shutter smoothly.
