Means for solving the above-mentioned problems of the present invention is, in a building or other building, configured between a main terminal board provided on a predetermined floor and terminal boards provided on other floors and between terminal boards on each floor. In the information communication wiring path, a metal wire with an insulation coating having a conductivity sufficient to function as a ground bus is used as a support wire to electrically ground it to the main terminal board, and the metal wire with the insulation coating extends in the longitudinal direction. The grounding wire that splices into the terminal board on each floor is branched and connected at a predetermined interval, and the link cable between the terminal boards on each floor and the main terminal board are connected in the longitudinal direction of the metal wire with insulation coating as a shaft. A link cable between the terminal board on each floor is attached and fixed at arbitrary intervals.
