As a result, repelling can be prevented by using a compound to which an alkylene oxide has been added as a polyol component in order to impart an affinity to an aqueous overprint varnish, and the viscosity of the polyester resin can be reduced to reduce unnecessary diluent solvent. As a result, they have found that it is possible to prevent diving, and have reached the present invention.
